Procambarus clarkii is an important species of freshwater cultured shrimp in my country. In the process of breeding and transportation,it will be affected by various strong stresses, among which high temperature stress is the most common and the most harmful. This experimental study aims to explore the resistance to high temperature stress of Procambarus clarkii by adding different concentrations of glutathione(GSH)astragalus polysaccharide(APS)and vitamin C(Vc)to the feed of Procambarus clarkii The impact of ability. The specific experimental method is to divide the experimental shrimps into 6 concentration groups,5 supplement groups and 1 blank control according to related similar studies, and set up 3 parallels, each with 32 shrimps. The blank control was fed with commercially available feed, and the other 5 groups were fed with different concentration gradients of glutathione, astragalus polysaccharides, and vitamin C.After feeding for 6 weeks, the weight gain rate and diet coefficient of each experimental group were determined, and an anti-stress experiment was carried out.The water temperature was raised to 35℃ and subjected to continuous 48 hours of high temperature stress.Hemolymph was collected at 0h,6h,12 h,24h,and 48 h,and several antioxidant enzymes(GSH-T,T-AOC,T-SOD,CAT,and MDA)level changes. In this way,the effects of adding glutathione, astragalus polysaccharides, and vitamin C in feed on the ability of Procambarus clarkii to resist high temperature stress were evaluated.1 The effect of glutathione on the resistance to high temperature stress and growth of Procambarus clarkiiCompared with the control group after adding glutathione to the feed, the 0.24 g/kg and 0.30 g/kg concentration groups significantly enhanced the T-SOD and T-SOD in the hemolymph of Procambarus clarkii under high temperature stress. The levels of T-AOC,CAT,GSH-T(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the level of MDA,which indicates that the addition of 0.24 g/kg,0.30 g/kg of GSH in the feed can significantly increase the ability of Procambarus clarkii to resist high temperature stress.Growth: the weight gain rate of 0.12 g/kg,0.18 g/kg,0.24 g/kg,0.30 g/kg addition group was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.05),and the 0.30 g/kg addition group had the highest weight gain rate. The comprehensive results show that the glutathione added at 0.24 g/kg and 0.30 g/kg can not only significantly improve the resistance to high temperature stress of Procambarus clarkii, but also have a significant promoting effect on its growth.2 The effect of Astragalus Polysaccharides on Anti-high Temperature Stress and Growth of Procambarus clarkiiAfter adding astragalus polysaccharide to the feed, compared with the control group, the 2.0 g/kg and 2.5 g/kg concentration groups significantly enhanced the T-SOD,T-AOC,CAT,GSH-T in the hemolymph of Procambarus clarkii under high temperature stress. The level of T(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the level of MDA,which indicates that the addition of Astragalus polysaccharides at 2.0 g/kg and 2.5 g/kg can significantly improve the resistance to high temperature stress of Procambarus clarkii.Growth: the weight gain rate of 1.0 g/kg,1.5 g/kg,2.0 g/kg,2.5 g/kg supplementation group was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.05),of which 2.0 g/kg and 2.5 g/kg supplementation The group has the highest weight gain rate. The comprehensive results show that the addition of Astragalus polysaccharides at 2.0 g/kg and 2.5 g/kg can not only significantly improve the body’s anti-stress ability of Procambarus clarkii, but also have a significant effect on promoting its growth.3 The effect of Vc on the resistance to high temperature stress and growth of Procambarus clarkiiAfter adding vitamin C to the feed, the experimental results showed that the contents of T-SOD T-AOC CAT MDA and GSH-T in the 1.0 g/kg and 1.2 g/kg concentration groups were higher than those of the control group at 12 h,24h,and 48 h after stress.Significantly reduced(P<0.05);comprehensive experimental results show that the 1.0 g/kg and 1.2 g/kg concentration groups have the best effect on enhancing the ability of Procambarus clarkii to resist high temperature stress.Compared with the control group, the average weight and weight gain rate of the experimental shrimps in the added group were significantly increased(P<0.05);the feed coefficient was also significantly reduced(P<0.05).Except for the 0.4 g/kg concentration group, the increase or decrease in the weight gain rate and feed coefficient of the other concentration groups was very significant compared with the control group.Among them, the 1.0 g/kg supplement group had the highest weight gain rate and the largest decrease in feed coefficient. However, the weight gain rate and feed coefficient of the 1.2 g/kg concentration group were lower or higher than those of the 1.2 g/kg concentration group.Comprehensive analysis of the results shows that the addition amount of about 1.0 g/kg has the best growth-promoting effect.
