| Background:The breeding history of mutton sheep in China has a long hi story.After thousands of years of domestication,evolution and breeding,many excellent mutton sheep breeds have been retained.Since 2010,although the bree ding quantity of mutton sheep in China has increased steadily,the slaughter qu antity and mutton production have shown a rapid growth trend,but there are many development situations,such as low production efficiency of mutton shee p,extremely low share of mutton in the meat market,significantly lower suppl y of mutton than demand,limited feeding conditions,and increasing trade defi cit between import and export.In addition,The number of pure Anhui white go ats in Fuyang area decreased sharply,but the immunity,tolerance to roughage and fecundity of hybrid goats after crossing with Boer goats for many generati ons decreased.Over the years,after many enterprises have protected and expand ed the breeding of local pure Anhui white goats,the stock of breeding rams a nd breeding ewes has increased significantly,which has provided some help fo r the variety protection and breeding of local Anhui white goats.In this experiment,in order to infer the goats suitable for feeding in Fuya ng area,evaluate the feeding level of goats in Fuyang area,and evaluate the g enetic variation and population structure of goats in Fuyang area,the correlatio n between body weight and body size and the genetic diversity of Anhui whit e goats in Fuyang area were analyzed respectively.Methods:(1)The meat sheep body size tester was used to measure and cou nt the indexes of body weight and body size traits of Anhui white goats in Fu yang area,and the data were classified and sorted according to gender and age.Then Excel and SPSS26.0 were used to calculate the average and standard er ror between the indexes of body weight and body size traits in the data,and multiple comparisons,correlation,univariate regression and multiple regression analysis were made to study the growth law of its production performance.(2)The jugular vein blood samples of 45 Anhui white goats and 45 Boer goats in Fuyang area were collected.By extracting genomic DNA,primer desi gn,PCR amplification and sequence typing,the fragment length of alleles was obtained,classified and sorted out,and the genetic diversity and genetic differ entiation of 90 samples at 8 microsatellite loci were studied.Results:(1)The indexes of body weight and body size of Anhui white goat s in Fuyang area increase with the increase of age,and the indexes of ram’s b ody weight and body size(except for the width of the litter)are obviously hig her than those of ewe.In addition,the body weight of Anhui white goats in F uyang area is positively correlated with all indexes of body size traits.Through the multiple regression analysis of body weight(y)and body height(x1),bod y oblique length(x2),chest measurement(x3),tube girth(x4)and rump width(x5),and the multivariate regression equation was established:y=-51.453+0.067x1+0.321x2+0.530x3+0.979x4+0.842x5.(2)The allele fragment length,allele richness and gene frequency of Anhu i white goats and Boer goats in Fuyang area are different.The difference betw een TNA and NEA is extremely large,and?(SD),He(SD),Ho(SD)and PI C(SD)are all greater than 0.5.The Fst(SD),Fit(SD)and Fis(SD)of the t wo goat breeds are extremely different(P<0.001),there are high differences in alleles between the two goat breeds,and eight microsatellite loci are highly po lymorphic,the genetic structure of the two goat breeds is rich,and the genetic differentiation between the two populations is significant,and the two breeds each have a high genetic diversity.TNA,MNA,NPA,AR,?,He and Ho in Anhui white goats are higher tha n those in Boer goats,while NEA is lower than that in Boer goats,and the di fference between TNA and NEA,PIC(SD)and Fis(SD)are larger than those in Boer goats.Anhui white goats has higher allelic differences and polymorphis m,richer genetic structure and higher genetic diversity than Boer goats.Anhui white goats have stronger adaptability to the growing environment in Fuyang area,and have great potential in breeding.Significance:This experiment analyzed the correlation and genetic diversity between body weight and body size traits of Anhui white goats in Fuyang ar ea,which provided a theoretical basis for establishing the production performan ce standard of goats in Fuyang area,established a model for screening healthy,stable and high-performance goats,and verified that the genetic diversity and adaptability of Anhui white goats in Fuyang area were higher than those of B oer goats,which provided a theoretical basis for formulating and optimizing th e breeding strategies of Anhui white goats in Fuyang area.It has important ref erence value,economic value and research significance for breeding Anhui whit e goats with higher production performance and developing large-scale breeding mode. |
