the fattening effect of black goat ewes33 healthy black goats draft ewes which with an body weight of 35.00±1.63 kg were selected for the experiment, the animals allotted to 3 groups according to RCBD,with 11 draft ewes in each group, every test group was fed in a single column.Feed goats pelleted TMR,conventional TMR and FTMR respectively. The results shown that the average daily feed intake of the conventional TMR and FTMR groups is extremely significantly higher than that of pelleted TMR group(P<0.01).The pelleted TMR group was extremely significantly higher(P<0.01)than the conventional TMR and FTMR groups;the pellet TMR group NH3-N was extremely significant in the other two groups(P<0.01).Experiment 3:Study on the effect of different mulberry leaf ratio TMR on fattening effect of black goat male lambA total of 28 healthy hybrid growing male lambs(Nubian goat♂×Guizhou black goat♀)aged about 3 months with a body weight of 18.57±1.40kg were selected.According to the RCBD design, the experimental goats were divided into 4 groups with 7 lambs in each group and 7replicates in each group, every test group was fed in a single column.Contrast to the blank control group, the TMR diet formula was designed according to 30%mulberry leaves in test group 1,40%in test group 2 and 50%in test group 3,and the optimal adding ratio of mulberry leaves in TMR diet for strength fattening of Black goat was selected. The results showed that the ADG of the 40%mulberry leaf group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the 40%and 50%mulberry leaf groups had significantly higher gains in weight gain.In the control group(P<0.05).The CP digestibility of the 30%and 40%mulberry leaves was significantly higher than that of the 50%mulberry leaves and the control group, and the DM digestibility was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The content of NH3-N in the rumen fluid of the control group was significantly higher than that of the test group(P<0.05);the content of TVFA,acetic acid and propionic acid in the rumen fluid of the black goats of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the serum TC of the control group Significantly higher than the test group(P<0.05);the test group’s serum T4 content was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the test group’s T3 content was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),the test group 3 Ig G was extremely high In the control group(P<0.01);Ig M in the test 3 groups was extremely significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).Experiment 4:S Study on the effect of different processed mulberry leaves TMR on fattening effect and muscle characteristics of of black goat ramsA total of 28 healthy hybrid growing male lambs(Nubian goat♂×Guizhou black goat♀)aged about 3 months with a body weight of 3.43±0.55kg kg were selected.According to the RCBD design, the experimental goats were divided into 4 groups with 7 lambs in each group and 7replicates in each group, every test group was fed in a single column. The control group was fed the original diet, group 1 was fed mulberry leaf pelleted TMR,group 2 mulberry leaf FTMR,and group3 mulberry leaf conventional TMR.After test four, each group selected 3 black goats of similar weight for slaughter(12 goats),and measured the slaughter performance, meat quality, intramuscular fatty acids, muscle amino acids and muscle inosinic acid of the black goats. The results shown that the growth performance indicators were as follows:the ADFI of pelleted TMR and conventional TMR groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The FTMR group was the highest, the pelleted TMR group had the highest DMI,the conventional TMR group had the lowest DMI,and the granular TMR The cost of ADG and feed weight gain in the group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the conventional TMR group(P<0.05).The content of TVFA in pelleted TMR group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the content of TVFA in the rumen fluid of the conventional TMR group and the FTMR group was and FTMR groups was significantly higher than that pelleted TMR group(P<0.05).The results shown that the water content of lamb in the pelleted TMR group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the conventional TMR group(P<0.05).the crude fat of lamb in pelleted TMR group was extremely significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The L*value of lamb meat color in the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The control group mutton p H was significant in the test group(P<0.05);pelleted TMR group mutton tenderness was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Muscle fatty acid indicators showed that the content of C11:0 in the FTMR group was significantly different from the other three groups(P<0.01);the content of C14:0 and C15:0 in the pelleted TMR group and the conventional TMR group was significantly higher than that in the FTMR group(P<0.05);The content of C16:1 in the pelleted TMR group was significantly different from the other three groups(P<0.01);the content of C20:0 in the control group was significantly higher than that in the pelleted TMR group and the FTMR group(P<0.05).The performance of muscle amino acid index is:the content of Asp,Thr,Glu,Gly,Ala,Iie,Leu,Tyr,Phe,Lys,His,Arg and Pro of black goat muscle in pelleted TMR group and FTMR group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The content of Ser and Val in the muscle of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),compared with the control group, the total amount of amino acids in the pelleted TMR group was significant Increased by 20.96%(P<0.05),the total amount of essential amino acids was significantly increased by 21.53%(P<0.05),the total amount of non-essential amino acids was significantly increased by 20.55%(P<0.05),and the total amount of main umami amino acids was significantly increased 17.68%(P<0.05);Effect on muscle inosinic acid:The
