Light plays an important role in plant growth and development,and precise regulation of light is extremely important in improving crop yield,quality and production efficiency.The light-emitting diode(LED)light source enriches the spectral content and control mode,and is of great significance in smart agriculture.As the core of the plant factory,exploring and optimizing the LED light formula can provide a scientific basis for improving the quality of plants and reducing energy consumption.In this paper,toona sinensis(A.Juss.)Roem.is used as the experimental material,white light(W)is used as the control,and the LED red(R,660 nm)and blue(B,455 nm)light ratios are set.R1B4,R1B2,R2B1,and R4B1,to study the effects of different light quality ratios on the growth and development and antioxidant capacity of Toona sinensis microgreens,and based on HPLC,SPME-GC-MS and UPLC-QTOF MS technology,the effect of different light quality ratios Compared with the metabonomics of toona sinensis sprouts,the main results are as follows.1.The effects of light quality on the main growth and physical and chemical indexes of Toona sinensis microgreens were explored.R4B1 can significantly increase the hypocotyl length,dry weight and soluble sugar content of Toona sinensis microgreens.The edible rate(69.91%),chlorophyll a/b,carotenoids,total phenols(13.7mg/g DW)and total flavonoids(5.2mg/g DW)of Toona sinensis microgreens in the R1B4 were significantly higher than other groups,The soluble protein content is 1.29 times that of the W.There was no significant difference in the nitrate content of each group at 1.7 mg/g FW,and they were all lower than the national standard 3000 mg/kg FW.Blue light helps to improve the antioxidant capacity of Toona sinensis microgreens.As the proportion of blue light increases,the antioxidant capacity of Toona sinensis microgreens first decreases and then increases.The antioxidant capacity is the strongest under R1B4.2.The effects of light quality on total phenols,total flavonoids and 16 phenolic substances in Toona sinensis microgreens were clarified.As the proportion of blue light increases,the content of total phenols shows a gradual increase,while the content of total flavonoids first decreases and then increases.R1B4 has the highest content of total phenols and total flavonoids,which are 13.7 mg/g DW and 5.2 mg/g DW,respectively.The total content of 16 phenolic substances was the highest,with R1B4 reaching 548.22mg/100 g DW,which was 126.75% higher than that of the W.Among them,the highest content of phenolic acid is protocatechin,and the highest content is in the R1B4,and the content of protocatechin increases with the increase in the proportion of blue light.The highest content of flavonoids was rutin,which increased significantly in the R1B4.And compared with health care drugs,the content of protocatechuic acid and rutin is relatively high.Resveratrol was not detected in the W,and the compound light group contained it,which further proved that the ratio of red and blue light had a positive effect on the quality of Toona sinensis microgreens.3.115 compounds in Toona sinensis microgreens were detected by UPLC-Q-TOFMS,and 11 compounds with higher content were quantitatively analyzed.The content of luteolin was the highest,followed by rutin.As the proportion of blue light increased,both The content increased and reached the highest in the R1B4.8 labeled compounds were screened out by VIP>5.Rutin is a labeled compound in the R1B4,and its abundance is significantly higher than that of other treatment groups,which is consistent with the change trend of rutin determined by HPLC.(S,S)-γ-glutamyl-(cisS-1-propenyl)thioglycine is the precursor of volatile sulfur compounds,which has an important influence on the characteristic flavor of Toona sinensis microgreens,Is the labeled compound of R4B1.4.The effect of light quality on the volatile components of toona sinensis sprouts was clarified.A total of 43 volatile components were identified from Toona sinensis microgreens by SPME-GC-MS,and there were 11 compounds in each group.The highest relative content is thiophene compounds,among which 2-mercapto-3,4-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrothiophene has the highest relative content.The R2B1 has 12 unique components,mainly terpenes.W has 2 unique components,R1B4 has 3,4-Dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-2-thiophenethiol;The unique component in the R1B2 is farnesyl acetate.Toona sinensis aroma components are mainly sulfur-containing compounds.The sulfur-containing compounds conttnt of W(47.20%),R1B4(85.38%),R1B2(62.06%),R2B1(60.62%)and R4B1(62.29%).Which have been identified 2-Mercapto-3,4-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrothiophene is a characteristic aroma component.In summary,compared with white light,increasing the ratio of red and blue light has a promoting effect on the growth and nutritional quality of Toona sinensis microgreens.Among them,the R1B4 light quality formula has a greater promotion effect on the increase of phenolic substances,improves the antioxidant capacity and has a greater influence on the flavor of Toona sinensis microgreens,and is suitable for cultivating Toona sinensis microgreens.The research results lay a foundation for exploring the influence of light quality on woody vegetables,expand the theoretical research content of plant photobiology,and provide a scientific basis for the application of light-regulated Toona sinensis microgreens in modern agricultural production.
