Toona sinensis, Meliaceae Toona sinensis plant, perennial deciduous trees. It was one of the few woody vegetables. Either build their vegetables is not only our unique fast-growing timber species, but also known as "green vegetable health products".This paper firstly studies the extraction technology, antioxidative activity and antioxidative component of antioxidative substance from Toona sinensis leaves use orthogonal test,general chemical analysis method and extraction separation technology. Conclusion are as follow.1.The optimum extract condition of antioxidative substance from Toona sinensis were as follows:50% alcohol solution ,solid/liquid ratio 1:10,extraction lasted for 120 minutes under 80℃and the extraction is carried on two times.2.It is significant different of antioxidative activity from Toona sinensis leaves in different collection period.the 9th month of antioxidative activity from Toona sinensis is better(0.0287mmol/L). the 4th month of antioxidative activity from Toona sinensis is bad(0.0177mmol/L).3.Good antioxidative ability was showed by antioxidative raw sample of Toona sinensis leaves.It has shown strong scavenging ability on O2-·,·OH , DPPH·and It also has significant dose-effect relationship.4.Petroleum ether phase,chloroform phase,ethyl acetate phase,n-butyl alcohol phase and water phase of antioxidative substance from Toona sinensis leaves have showed better antioxidant activity.the total antioxidant activity order in turn:ethylacetate phase,n-butyl alcohol phase, chloroform phase, water phase,petroleum ether phase.In free radical reaction experiments,the ethyl acetate phase,n-butyl alcohol phase and chloroform phase have also show strong scavenging ability on O2-·,·OH,DPPH·.The scavenging ability on OH·, DPPH·order in turn: ethyl acetate phase, n-butyl alcohol phase and chloroform phase.The scavenging ability on O2-·order in ture:n-butyl alcohol phase, ethyl acetate phase and chloroform phase.5. ethyl acetate phase, n-butyl alcohol phase, chloroform phase and water phase of antioxidative substance from Toona sinensis leaves are including many chemistry component,there are alkaloid, flavone, anthraquinone, Phenols, organic acid, saponin, steroid, thujane and amino acid.6.The four fraction were isolated from the ethyl acetate phase through tracking activity and they have show strong scavenging ability on DPPH·. the F9 scavenging rate is better,next is F17, F7 ,the F13 scavenging rate is bad.
