| As a traditional agricultural country,cotton occupies an important position.As an important agricultural product,it serves people and is widely used in various industries closely related to people’s lives.In order to improve cotton picking efficiency and reduce harvesting costs,cotton pickers Thus was born.Therefore,in 2018,the GM2-V32 semi-self-propelled traction type new cotton picker designed by the key project "New cotton picker design,new manufacturing technology and research and development" project of cooperation between Xinjiang University and Xinjiang Atler Trading Co.,Ltd.is one A cotton picker with small size,low cost,easy operation,energy saving and emission reduction came into being.In this paper,the design of the GM2-V32 semi-self-propelled traction type new cotton picker encountered problems during the field test and the unreasonable ratio of various parts in the picking system.In response to these problems,this article The research content has the following points:(1)According to the relevant material parameters in the EDEM software,the physical parameters of the seed cotton particles are calibrated and the suspension speed and friction coefficient of the seed cotton are measured.(2)Study the distribution state of the internal flow field of the cotton picking device under different parameter states of the existing cotton picking device.At the same time,according to the analysis results,the existing cotton picking device is optimized and improved to solve problems such as blockage of the cotton picking device.(3)Use Fluent software and EDEM software to couple to analyze the movement state of seed cotton in the cotton picking device.And through the analysis of the movement state of the seed cotton in the cotton picking device to verify the structure design and layout of the cotton picking device.The research of this paper combines two methods of dynamic grid technology and API drag force model,and applies one-way coupling through EDEM-Fluent to the research and analysis of cotton picking device,and has achieved certain results:(1)The role of strength plays a key role in the transportation of seed cotton.When there is no speed of the suction inlet,the seed cotton particles cannot enter and transport them to the cotton collecting tube through the movement of the cotton picking device itself.(2)Combining the working performance parameters of the fan and the hydraulic motor,when the suction speed is 20 m/s and the cotton picking drum is 100 r/min,the flow field inside the cotton picking device is more evenly distributed in the cotton removal area and can reach the transmission of seed cotton.The speed area is larger,which can meet the requirements of better conveying seed cotton.(3)EDEM-Fluent coupling calculates the movement of seed cotton particles inside the cotton picking device,and proposes a two-dimensional one-way coupling method of EDEM-Fluent,and verifies four coupling methods through simulation.Through analysis,it is verified that the drag force model of EDEM API is used to calculate the influence of air force on particle motion.The flow field inside the cotton picking device and the movement state of the particles are analyzed through simulation and simulation,and the best boundary conditions are obtained,which provides the corresponding theoretical basis and reference basis for the design and manufacture of the subsequent cotton picking device. |
