| With the rapid development of micro-electronic technology,communication technology,embedded technology and artificial intelligence technology,these technologies have entered the fields of agriculture and construction machinery.At present,China’s modern agricultural machinery industry is in an important stage of accelerated development,people have higher and higher requirements on the performance and work efficiency of combine harvester,and it is urgent to improve the automation and intelligence level of combine harvester.At present,the domestic automation degree is lower than the foreign model of the combine harvester models,combine harvester job control of electronic control handle is mainly rely on imports,while some type electronic control lever control mode is adopted to improve the harvesting operations,but most of the combine harvester is by the pilot operation more joysticks and mechanical structure to control.Long hours of work make drivers tired,lead to misoperation,thus increasing the risk factor.This paper design a combine harvester multi-function electric control handle,on the controller handles the internal,need only through the key switch and swing handle can achieve the control requirements in the use of combine harvesters,both to reduce operator fatigue and improve security,and increase the working efficiency,to replace imported electric control handle,realize the localization of contribute.Based on the analysis of the operation process and function of combine harvester,this paper designs the multi-function electric control handle controller.The research of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Taking modern agriculture as the starting point,determine the direction and topic of the paper.By analyzing the control device used in combine harvester operation,the research status of domestic and foreign control handle companies was compared,and the technical route of the research was determined,which mainly included hardware circuit design,Angle sensor design and calibration,hardware circuit debugging,software function design and the whole machine function test.(2)Analyze the operation process and functions of the combine harvester,determine the selection of the controller chip,distribute the pin functions according to the S32K144 data manual,and design the circuit of the microcontroller with S32K144 as the core.It mainly includes: minimum working system circuit design,CAN bus communication circuit design,PWM driving module circuit design,ADC voltage acquisition module design and hardware anti-interference design.Circuit welding and pre-testing were carried out on the PCB board of the hardware design and proofing,and debugging was carried out between the JLink emulator and the software S32 DS.(3)Through the Angle of non-contact sensor is compared with the traditional potentiometer,determine the multi-function control lever of Angle sensor used in choice,because most of the selected sensor for import hole Angle sensor,the delivery cycle is long,the price is expensive,this article is through HAL3725 hall chip design a hole Angle sensor,and through the TDK-Micronas company research and development of new magnetic sensor programmer TDK MSP V1.0 for calibration and testing.Through the signal data analysis after testing,the Angle sensor designed in this paper is slightly better than the sensor 424EZ120 produced by German Elo Bau Company on the whole.(4)Combined with the hardware circuit,the software function of the overall scheme design.The development environment software S32 DS used in software design is briefly introduced.The program design mainly includes: CAN bus communication program design,ADC acquisition program design,PWM control program design,key program design,joystick swing subroutine design and software anti-jamming program design.(5)After the hardware circuit and software program design is completed and tested without error,the assembly function test of the whole machine is started.It mainly includes: swing function test of dual-axis self-reset control handle and single-axis friction control handle,CAN communication function test of control handle,button function test and block function test of single-axis discrete control handle.Through continuous 8 hours of testing,achieved the expected effect,the program did not "fly" phenomenon,proved that the design can be implemented. |
