At present,in China,agriculture is changing from traditional management mode to modern information management mode.Under the traditional management mode,the agricultural water consumption is huge,there are excessive irrigation,low utilization rate of water resources,which leads to a lot of human and material resources investment,not only serious waste of water resources,but also the decline of crop yield and quality.With the development of information technology,automation and intelligent technology has been gradually introduced to the field of agriculture,agriculture is developing towards the modern management mode of information.ZigBee is the most widely used wireless communication protocol at present.It has the characteristics of low cost,low power consumption and ad hoc network.Because of its advantages,ZigBee is often used for wireless communication in modern agricultural system.In order to improve a series of problems faced by traditional agriculture and realize agricultural modernization and information management,this paper studies and designs an intelligent drip irrigation system based on ZigBee.The system exchanges data through ZigBee wireless communication,and sets up the first hub to provide water for the drip irrigation system.The field controller node is set up to collect the field data and control the valve.The user uses the upper computer software of the monitoring center to monitor the field data remotely.The system also uses the fuzzy control intelligent algorithm,The most reasonable amount of drip irrigation is used to ensure the most efficient growth of crops.The system can improve the utilization rate of water resources to a certain extent,reduce waste and labor cost.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the functional requirements and expected objectives of the drip irrigation system,and puts forward the overall design scheme of the drip irrigation system through analysis and comparison.The system is designed as a threetier structure,including the head hub,the field controller node and the monitoring center.ZigBee wireless communication is used to realize the communication between the systems.ZigBee has the characteristics of low power consumption and ad hoc network,which reduces the energy consumption of drip irrigation system and facilitates the management.(2)Design the head hub of the system.The head hub is the source of drip irrigation system,which supplies water for the whole drip irrigation system.The control cabinet with PLC as the main control module is designed to control the head hub;PLC communicates with ZigBee module through serial port to receive drip irrigation command,and controls motor to pump water through frequency converter;Through the pressure transmitter and flow sensor,the working state of the head hub is monitored.(3)The field controller node of the system is designed.According to the functional requirements,the MCU,sensor and solenoid valve of the field controller node are selected,and the solar module of the field controller node is selected according to the energy consumption of each component,and the hardware circuit of the field controller node is designed;The function of the field controller node is analyzed and programmed to realize its data acquisition,solenoid valve opening and closing,wireless communication and other functions.(4)The upper computer software of the monitoring center is designed.Win Form is used to write the upper computer program.The upper computer program obtains the field related sensor data through ZigBee,and displays and queries the data visually through the interface;The fuzzy control algorithm is used to decide the time of drip irrigation.(5)Design the monitoring center of the system.The monitoring center is composed of ZigBee module and a host computer.Win Form is used to write the host computer program.The host computer program obtains the field related sensor data through ZigBee and displays the data visually through the interface.In order to facilitate the data storage and management,the related data is stored in the database;The upper computer program can realize the intelligent drip irrigation mode,and call the fuzzy control algorithm according to the sensor data to decide the drip irrigation time of each area of farmland. |
