Our country as a big country of the agricultural water use,irrigation methodshas been using The surface irrigation methods,the irrigation can not get good effect,also caused the huge waste of water resources.In recent years our country had introduced a variety of water-saving irrigation equipment from abroad,including drip irrigation,but due to copy foreign products,drip irrigation as one of the most efficient way of water-saving irrigation,has not been very good application effect.Therefore,China urgently needs a low-cost,easy to operate and maintain,suitable for China's national conditions of drip irrigation intelligent control system.This design use the HMI and PLC technology,through the detection of crop growth of soil moisture and light intensity,fuzzy control rules are established to adjust the drip irrigation branch water proportional electromagnetic valve opening,change the speed of the drip irrigation,thus ensuring the crop growth and soil moisture;at the same time in order to ensure enough water allocation to each drip irrigation branch,and design the storage tank water supply system with constant pressure drip irrigation piping.According to each of the drip irrigation branch of the proportional solenoid valve opening to develop fuzzy control rules,control the output frequency of a frequency converter to change the drip irrigation piping water motor speed,guarantee system of constant pressure water supply.Integrated crop growth characteristics and the growth environment of the crop at night,the design of intelligent drip irrigation control system in this paper,in addition to automatic,manual control method,but also the design of the cycle timing control.This control method not only conforms to the growth factor of the crop,but also saves water resources and power resources,and also reduces the loss of electricalequipment.The drip irrigation intelligent control system designed in this paper adopts advanced fuzzy control algorithm,compared with the traditional PID control algorithm,and has the characteristics of small overshoot,short dynamic time and good robustness.At the same time,this paper designs a simple man-machine operation interface and a stable Ethernet communication mode,which can realize the monitoring and control of the lower computer.
