| There is a high correlation between the growth and development of livestock and poultry,the level of production performance and the level of immunity.Therefore,many scholars began to study Germplasm Characteristics from the perspectives of nutrition,environment and disease prevention.Some studies have shown that Chinese herbal medicine additives play an important role in improving the immunity of animals,improving the quality of animal products and treating diseases.At present,there are many reports about adding Chinese herbal medicine additives to animal diets,but there are few comprehensive studies on the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on slaughter performance,antibiotic residues,intestinal flora and body immunity of meat geese,which leads to the lack of theoretical basis in production practice and reduces the promotion speed of Chinese herbal medicine additives in goose industry.This experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additives(aiquanli and liujiabao)on growth,meat quality,intestinal flora and immunity of Carlos geese and Zi geese.In this experiment,60 healthy 0-day-old Carlos geese and seed geese goslings were randomly selected and divided into two groups with30 geese in each group.The geese in the experimental group were fed the basal diet with 0.2% avian omnipotence at the age of 0-42 days,and the geese in the control group were fed the basal diet with 0.15% diet Jiabao at the age of 43-70 days.At the age of43 days,the blood and intestines of geese were taken for preservation;at the age of 70 days,the slaughtering test and meat quality test were carried out firstly,then the amino acid,mineral content and antibiotic residue level of breast and leg muscles were detected,finally the serum immune protein content and intestinal flora level at the age of 43 and 70 days were detected:(1)Slaughter performance comparison: the half eviscerated rate,full eviscerated rate and breast muscle rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P > 0.05).The live weight,slaughter weight,half clean weight,full clean weight and leg muscle weight of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P > 0.05).And Carlos goose each net profit increased 14.95%,seed goose each increased 6.95%.(2)Comparison of meat quality index: the shear force,water loss rate and p H value of breast muscle and leg muscle of the two varieties test groups were higher than those of the control group(P > 0.05).The content of cholesterol,carbohydrate,zinc,phosphorus,iron,sodium,calcium and selenium in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The total contents of asparagus,glutamine,lysine and amino acids in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The content of cholesterol,water,iron,sodium and calcium in the muscle of the experimental group was significantly increased(P < 0.01),the content of phosphorus was significantly increased by 8.31%(P < 0.05),the total amount of energy and amino acids was significantly decreased(P < 0.01),the content of carbohydrate was significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the difference of protein and fat content was not significant(P > 0.05).(3)Comparison of antibiotic residues: no residues of enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin and tetracycline were detected in the experimental group.(4)Comparison of serum immune indexes: the contents of Ig M and Ig G in the 70-day-old Carlos geese in the test group increased significantly in 46.62% and 54.37%(P< 0.01),and the content of Ig A also increased(P > 0.05).(5)Comparison of intestinal flora: in the test group,the beneficial bacteria of Carlos goose increased significantly,and the Clostridium decreased significantly(P <0.05);The abundance of Lactococcus and Lactobacillus of seed goose increased significantly(P < 0.05),and screw.In conclusion,the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive increased the contents of some amino acids and trace elements in the meat of Carlos goose and Zi Goose,and no antibiotic residues were detected;it also effectively increased the contents of Ig M and Ig G in the blood;it significantly increased the abundance of beneficial bacteria in the intestine and reduced the abundance of harmful bacteria.Although there are differences in the effects on the two breeds of geese,generally speaking,they can improve slaughter performance,meat quality,immunity and intestinal flora. |
