| Rice,as the main food crop in China,has the second planting area in the world.Rice production also faces the problem of straw treatment.In recent years,various places actively explore and popularize the mode of rice straw returning to the field,but the traditional arable machines and tools can not meet the current straw returning operation requirements.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to develop the rice straw returning machine.In view of the current paddy homework grader straw returned the effect not beautiful,severe blade winding grass,combined with the current problems existing in the paddy fields grader,design a kind of disc spring tooth combined paddy grader,using the solidworks 3D drawing software rendering model,ANSYS workbench software,spring spring tooth disc roller for finite element analysis and modal analysis of EDEM discrete element software simulation machine operation process,provide the important reference basis for machinery field performance test.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Based on the existing structure of the paddy field grader,the overall structure design scheme of the disc spring-tooth paddy field grader was proposed,and a set of supporting equipment suitable for rice straw returning to the field in China was designed.The straw pressing disc and the spring spring tooth rotate actively.The straw pressing disc buries the rice straw and returns it to the field.Then the spring spring tooth carries out the secondary burying and auxiliary soil pulping operation,and the combined operation of two soil touching parts.(1)Based on the existing structure of paddy field grader,the overall structure design scheme of disc spring-toothed Paddy field grader is put forward,and a set of matching equipment suitable for returning rice straw to the field is designed.The straw pressing disc and the spring tooth rotate on its own initiative,the straw pressing disc buries the rice straw and returns it to the field.(2)Design and analysis of key components.After calculation,the diameter of the blade is420 mm,the width of the disc is 5mm,and the spacing of the disc is 120 mm.In the process of machine operation,straw movement state parameters were analyzed and calculated,and the spacing between the disc roll and the spring-tooth roll could realize straw burying and returning to the field.(3)Finite element analysis of disc roller and spring spring teeth.In combination with the finite element method,the static analysis and modal analysis of the disc roller were carried out with ANSYS Workbench software.It was obtained that the first six natural frequencies of the disc cutter roller were 42.793-140.99 Hz,and the vibration mode and the distribution of the overall bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of the disc roller were obtained.Static analysis of spring spring tooth shows that the maximum directional displacement of the soil-to-earth contact part at the bottom of spring spring tooth is 0.0012713 m,the position with the largest overall strain degree is between spring spring tooth teeth,and the maximum deformation is0.0025522 m.(4)Simulation process analysis of working parts.Using EDEM discrete element software,the disc roller and the traditional pulping knife roller were introduced into the established JKR model of paddy field particles,and several groups of operation conditions were given to simulate the field operation state of the mechanism.According to the analysis of test data,the operating conditions with the least forward resistance are the operating speed of the machine and tool is 3km/h and the rotary speed of the cutter roller is 260 r/min.Under this working condition,the disc cutter roller is 193.24 N smaller and the torque is 41.36 N·m smaller than the traditional pulping cutter.(5)Field experiment.The three factor and three level tests were carried out by taking the forward speed of the machine and tools,the speed of the cutter roll and the depth of the machine and tools as the test factors,and compared with the single axis paddy field grader and the double axis rotary tillage spring-tooth combined paddy field grader.According to the analysis of Design-Expert software,the optimal operating conditions for each index are as follows: machine and tool operating speed 2 km/h,stirring depth 20 cm,and cutter roll speed 300 r/min.The field test results show that the straw embedding rate of the disc spring-tooth combined type paddy field grader is 11.80% higher than that of the double-shaft and single-shaft pulping knife graders,respectively,and the pulping concentration is 5.62% higher than that of the single-shaft pulping knife graders.The forward resistance of the machine is 763 N lower than that of the double-shaft pulping knife type.In this paper,based on the requirement of rice straw returning full amount of the new agricultural technology,we design a disc spring tooth combined paddy grader,enrich the development of this machines and tools of rice straw returning full capacity operation equipments type,for the mechanization of rice straw returning returning way provides a pressure foot train of thought,to some extent for the mechanization of the rice straw counters-field provide reliable tools support. |
