| The medicinal value of American ginseng is particularly high.In recent years,the domestic American ginseng planting area has been increasing.my country has become one of the world’s third largest growing countries and the largest consumer.However,the degree of mechanization of American ginseng planting is relatively low,and artificial seeding is still used in many areas.The difficulty of American ginseng mechanized seeding technology is that the seeds need to be pre-germinated and cracked before sowing,which is easy to cause seed damage during sowing.Due to the high price of American ginseng seeds,improving the precision of sowing and reducing the damage rate of seeds during the sowing process are two important technical indicators for improving the performance of the American ginseng seed metering device.Aiming at the problems in the above-mentioned American ginseng planting technology,this paper carried out the research on the hole-type American ginseng seeding device.Through theoretical analysis,the working and structural parameters of the hole-type American ginseng seeding device were obtained.The working performance of the device was tested,and the problem of poor adaptability of American ginseng seeds to mechanical metering devices was solved.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Measurement of physical parameters and mechanical properties of American ginseng seeds.The American ginseng seeds from Ji’an City,Jilin Province were selected,and various physical and mechanical parameters were measured,and the changes of the American ginseng seed material parameters were analyzed.The compression failure force,collision recovery coefficient and friction angle of American ginseng seeds were measured.The design of the hole-type American ginseng seeding device provides technical parameters.Through the classification of American ginseng seeds,seeds with a length of 4.5 mm~6.0 mm were selected for experiment.2.The overall design of the hole-type American ginseng seeding device.According to the physical parameters and mechanical characteristics of American ginseng seeds,a three-dimensional model of the seed metering device was established with the help of Solidworks software.The hole wheel has a diameter of 120 mm and a length of 1200 mm.The number of holes per circle is 20.The angle of the seed guide groove is 30°.The traditional seed cleaning brush is replaced with an active type cleaning roller brush.The angle between it and the hole wheel is designed to be 35°,the width of the seeding groove is 2.5 mm,and the width of the seeding baffle is 2 mm.3.Bench test of seed metering device.The single factor test method and the response surface interactive test method are used to analyze the influencing factors of the seed metering device.When the hole diameter is 8.040 mm,the hole depth is 4.301 mm,and the speed is11.702 r/min,the test results are the best,and here Under the conditions of model prediction,the pass rate was 96.822%,the missed broadcast rate was 1.540%,and the rebroadcast rate was1.638%.Comparing the simulation results,selecting the hole depth A to be 4.4 mm,the hole diameter B to be 8 mm,and the rotation speed C to be 12 r/min for three repeated tests,and the average pass rate was 94%,the missed rate was 2.7%,and the replay rate was It is 3.3%,which is basically consistent with the model prediction result.In accordance with the physical and mechanical properties of American ginseng seeds and the requirements of planting technology,this paper designed and manufactured a hole-type seed metering device,and determined the structural parameters of the seed metering device through theoretical and experimental methods,and improved the working performance of the American ginseng precision seed metering device.,Provides an important theoretical basis for the research and development of precision planting equipment for American ginseng. |
