Russula pers.is an important class of higher Basidiomycota.Russula not only has delicious taste,rich in nutrients needed by human body,but also has antioxidant,anti-tumor,immune regulation and other functions of medicinal fungi.Based on the composition characteristics of Russula,many species of Russula have high economic value and considerable development prospects.Jilin Province has high forest coverage,rich plant resources and various symbiotic tree species of Russula,which provides superior conditions for it’s the growth.On the basis of extensive field investigation,this study systematically investigated the resources of Russula in Jilin Province,and provided the basis for the development and utilization.From July 2019 to September 2020,more than 350 specimens of Russula were collected from many places in Jilin Province.Based on the macroscopic morphology and microscopic characteristics,and referring to the mainstream views and literatures of Russula classification at home and abroad,the taxonomic research was carried out,and the original specimens of Russula collected from of Jilin Agricultural University(HMJAU)were observed and studied.Results of species diversity: there are 44 species of Russula in Jilin Province,belonging to 9 subgenus(subg.Compacta,subg.Coccinula,subg.Incrutatula,subg.Ingratulae,subg.Polychromidia,subg.Heterophyllidia,subg.Russula,subg.Tenellula,subg.Insidiosula).Among them,three species were found for the first time in China: Russula aurantioflammans Ruots.,Russula melitodes Romagn.,Russula lakhanpalii A.Ghosh,K.Das & R.P.Bhatt.thirteen were new for Jilin Provence: Russula atroglauca Einhell.,Russula decipiens(Singer)Bon,Russula pelargonia Niolle,Russula violeipes Quél.,Russula maculata Quél.,Russula sanguinea Fr.,Russula subfoetens W.G.Sm.,Russula atrorubens Quél.,Russula roseipes Secr.Ex Bres.,Russula nuoljae Kühner,Russula medullata Romagn.,Russula nitida(Pers.)Fr.,Russula bicolor Burl.The macro morphology and microstructure of each species were recorded and described,the line diagram was drawn,and the key to species was compiled.DNA of 44 species were extracted and their its sequences were determined.After comparing the sequences in Genebank with BLASTN on NCBI website,the sequences with coverage and similarity of more than 98% were downloaded.Bioedit was used to construct the matrix,and rax ml-hpc2 on xsede analysis method was used to construct the output maximum likelihood tree.According to the maximum likelihood tree,each taxon can be clustered with Gen Bank download sequence,which verifies the accuracy of morphological identification results.
