In this experiments, the effects of different oils supplementation on production performance, carcass traits, meat quality, lipid metabolism and antioxidant function of Lingnan Yellow breed fast type yellow feathered broilers were compared. And analyzing the apparent metabolic of feed nutrients, duodenal digestive enzyme activity, mucosal morphology and lipid metabolism. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific application of feed oil.In this experiment,720 1-day-old male broilers were divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates each,40 broilers per.Group 1 broilers were fed 2% soybean oil, group 2 were fed diets containing 2% chicken oil,and group 3broilers were fed diets containing 1% soybean oil and 1% chicken oil.The trial was divided into Early stage(1-21 d),Middle stage(22-42 d),Finisher stage(43-63 d).Metabolic and slaughter experiments were carried out at 43 days and 64 days of ages, respectively. The results are as follows:1)The results of feeding experiment showed that: 1-42 days, the daily gain and final weight of chicken oil group were higher than that of mixed oil group, and the feed to weight ratio was lower(P<0.05),but there was no difference between soybean and chicken oil group(P>0.05);43-63 days, the daily gain of mixed oil group was the highest(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was lower than chicken oil group(P<0.05);1-63 days, the average feed intake of chicken oil group was higher than soybean oil group(P<0.05),but there were no differences with mixed oil group significantly(P>0.05).2)The results of slaughter test showed that there were no significant differences in half eviscerated rate, full eviscerated rate, abdominal fat rate and liver to live ratio among the experimental groups(P>0.05).3)The results of meat quality test indicated that: there was no significant difference in p H value and b* value of pectoral among the experimental groups(P>0.05);absolute value of drip loss of chicken oil group was lower than soybean oil group and mixed oil group by 0.90%(P<0.01)and 0.69%(P<0.01),L* value was lower than that of mixed oil group(P<0.05),and there was no difference with soybean oil group significantly(P>0.05),a* value was increased by 15.30%(P<0.05)compared with soybean oil group, but there was no difference between mixed oil group significantly(P>0.05).4)The results of feed nutrient metabolic test showed that the apparent metabolic rate of EE in chicken oil group was lower than soybean oil group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between mixed and soybean oil group significantly(P>0.05);there was no difference in the apparent metabolic rate of CP,Ash,Ca and P among the experimental groups(P>0.05).5)The results of duodenal digestive enzyme and mucosa morphology detection showed that there was no difference among the groups significantly(P>0.05),but the mixed oil group was slightly better.6)The results of lipid metabolism related indicators analysis showed that: in serum,TG,TC and LDL-C levels in chicken oil group were higher than those in soybean oil group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between mixed oil group and soybean oil group(P>0.05);in liver, the levels of TG,ACC and FAS in chicken oil group were higher than those in mixed oil group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between chicken and soybean oil group(P>0.05),the content of CPT-I in mixed oil group was the highest(P<0.01);in pectoral, the LPL activity of mixed oil group was higher than that of chicken oil group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between mixed and soybean oil group(P>0.05),while the CPT-I content of chicken oil group was the lowest(P<0.05).7)The results showed that the fatty acids composition of pectoral in soybean oil group and mixed oil group was better, and the content of UFA was higher, among which the content of C18:2 and C18:3 PUFA were the highest in soybean oil group and mixed oil group respectively(P<0.05).8)The results of antioxidant index showed that the serum T-AOC level and SOD activity of chicken oil group were the best, and the MDA content of chicken oil group was the lowest, but there was no difference(P>0.05).The above results indicated that: in this experiment, chicken oil in the early and middle stage and mixed oil in the later stage could obtain better production performance of Lingnan Yellow breed fast type yellow feathered broilers;feed chicken oil had better meat quality;feed soybean oil had higher apparent metabolic rate of crude fat;feed soybean oil and mixed oil had the effect of improving lipid metabolism and muscle polyunsaturated fatty acid deposition.
