Strawberry is a perennial herb of the rose family.It is popular for its bright color and rich aroma.Strawberry continuous cropping obstacles will lead to the deterioration of soil environment and serious diseases and insect pests.At present,there are many single methods to control strawberry continuous cropping disorder in China,and the problem of chemical pesticide residues is serious.Therefore,it is urgent to further study safer and more effective integrated prevention and control methods.This study with‘beauty’strawberry as the test materials,comprehensive utilization of high temperature dense shed and biological agents,compound microbial agents(chitin)greenhouse experiment.The purpose is to study the influence of the comprehensive measures of strawberry growth and physiology,fruit yield and quality,soil physical and chemical properties,soil enzyme activity and rhizosphere soil microbial community structure.To provide theoretical and practical reference for green control,high quality and high yield of continuous cropping strawberry.The main conclusions are as follows:1.40 d,50 d and 60 d high temperature closed shed can increase the content of soil organic matter,effective nitrogen,available phosphorus and potassium,and significantly reduce the rhizosphere fungi and bacteria abundance,while improving the abundanceof beneficial microbes such as actinomyces,malomonas and chonella.The rhizosphere microbial community structure and soil electrical conductivity,was significantly associated with organic matter and p H value.The contents of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzated nitrogen and available potassium reached the maximum value,which were 34.91 g·kg-1,22.91 mg·kg-1and 629 mg·kg-1.The yield also reached the highest,increased by 138.29%.The soluble solids increased by 24.17%.2.Under the condition of high temperature and closed shed for 50 d,leaf spraying or root irrigation with different concentrations of chitin could promote the growth of strawberry and improve the yield and quality of strawberry.The mechanism of repairing strawberry continuous cropping dysfunction was that it increased the chlorophyll content,root activity,SOD and CAT activities,and decreased the content of MDA and superoxide anion.When the concentration of chitin in leaf spraying was 1 g·L-1and the concentration of chitin in root irrigation was 1.5 g·L-1,the repair effect of continuous cropping obstacle of strawberry was better.They increased chlorophyll content by 15.38%-21.23%and 0.13%-14.62%,root activity by 4.12%-64.89%and 35.02%-138.82%,SOD activity by6.51%-44.77%and 0.29%-4.49%,and CAT activity by 33.07%-52.6.The content of MDA decreased by 23.60%~32.36%and 11.90%~25.01%,and the content of superoxide anion decreased by 19.56%~46.27%and 2.76%~27.99%.3.Under the condition of high temperature and closed shed for 50 d,leaf spraying or root irrigation with different concentrations of composite microbial agents could promote the growth of strawberry,improve the yield and quality of strawberry.The mechanism of repairing strawberry continuous cropping disorder was that it increased root activity,SOD and CAT activities,and reduced the content of superoxide anion and the number of rhizosphere fungi.Increased root activity by 27.48%~72.59%and 35.22%~278.70%,decreased superoxide anion content by9.65%~48.30%and 13.37%~71.28%,and increased SOD enzyme activity by6.51%~44.77%and 0.29%~4.49%.The activity of CAT enzyme increased by21.20%-44.22%and 3.14%-24.23%,and the number of fungi decreased by16.67%-56.81%when the concentration of root irrigation compound microbial agent was 3 g·L-1.4.It was obvious that the combination of chitin and composite microbial agents with high temperature and stud for 50 days had different effects on the growth,yield and quality,physiological characteristics,soil enzyme activity and soil microbial community structure of continuous cropping strawberry.Leaf spraying,root irrigation chitin and compound microbial agents could improve the yield and quality of strawberry and alleviate the continuous cropping barrier.The average yield per plant,nutrient quality,soil enzyme activities and leaf enzyme activities of root irrigation compound microbial agents were significantly higher than those of other treatments.Especially,the combination of high temperature stilling for 50 days and root irrigation with 3 g·L-1composite microbial agent had the best effect on repairing strawberry continuous cropping obstacle,which had a certain value of popularization and application.
