| The purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of clinoptilolite-astragalus polysaccharide complex on the growth performance,serum biochemical,antioxidant and immune indexes of weaned piglets.Twenty 28-day-old female weaned piglets with similar body weight and good health were randomly divided into two groups: control group(basic diet)and treatment group(basic diet +10 g/kg clinoptilolite + 1.0 g/kg astragalus polysaccharide),10 repetitions per group,1 piglet per repetition,and the formal test period was 21 days.The results showed: 1)Compared with the control group,the addition of clinoptilolite-astragalus polysaccharide complex can significantly increase the final weight,average daily gain and average daily feed intake of weaned piglets(P<0.05),there is no effect on the material-to-weight ratio(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the addition of clinoptilolite-astragalus polysaccharide complex can significantly reduce the content of ALT,BUN and CREA in the serum of weaned piglets(P<0.05),there is no effect on the content of TP,ALB,ALP and AST(P>0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the addition of clinoptilolite-astragalus polysaccharide complex can significantly increase the content of SOD in the serum of weaned piglets(P<0.05)and significantly reduce the content of MDA(P<0.05);significantly increase the content of SOD in the ileal mucosa of weaned piglets(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the addition of clinoptilolite-astragalus polysaccharide complex can significantly increase the content of Ig A,IL2,INFγ and TNFα in the serum of weaned piglets(P<0.05).5)The addition of clinoptilolite-astragalus polysaccharide complex can significantly increase the content of threonine,valine,glutamic and proline in the serum of weaned piglets(P<0.05).6)The addition of clinoptilolite-astragalus polysaccharide compound can significantly increase the villus height and crypt depth of the ileum of weaned piglets(P<0.05),and have no effect on the ratio of villus height to crypt depth(P>0.05),significantly reduce the content of lysine,isoleucine,arginine,alanine,glutamic acid,glycine and serine(P < 0.05),and significantly increase histidine,phenylalanine and aspartic acid(P<0.05)in ileal chyme;7)Compared with the control group,the addition of clinoptilolite-astragalus polysaccharide complex can significantly increase the gene m RNA expression of Occludin and ZO-1 in the ileal mucosa of weaned piglets(P<0.05),but have no effect on the gene m RNA expression of E-cadherin and Claudin(P>0.05), significantly increase the gene m RNA expression of TLR4,NF-κB,IFN-γ,IL6 in the ileal mucosa of weaned piglets(P<0.05)and have no effect on the expression of My D88,IL1β,IL2,and IL4 genes(P>0.05).It can be seen that the addition of clinoptilolite-astragalus polysaccharide complex to the diet can improve the growth performance and the body’s antioxidant capacity and immune function,have a protective effect on the liver,and make a positive effect on the ileal mucosal morphology,promote the expression of tight junction proteins in the mucosal system and consolidate the barrier function of the ileal mucosa,improve the digestion and absorption of amino acids in ileum,improve the body’s immunity by stimulating the TLR4 /My D88/NF-κB immune signaling pathway and help to improve the health of weaned piglets. |
