Xinjiang is an important cotton producing area in China,and farmers have been applying excessive phosphate fertilizer for a long time,which not only leads to the waste of phosphate mineral resources and the reduction of the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer,but also produces pollution risks to the environment.Based on cotton in xinjiang oasis as the research object,this paper set the control treatments,TSP150,TSP100 with increasing organic fertilizer and Humic acid treatment,test time for two years,respectively in the cotton bud stage,the blooming stage and boll opening stage taking soil and plant samples respectively,the determination of soil available phosphorus,phosphorus uptake and cotton seed cotton production,cotton phosphate utilization efficiency and phosphate balance calculation,aiming at providing a method for reduction of phosphorus efficiency of xinjiang cotton reference.The main results are as follows:1.The influence of available p in soil application of phosphate fertilizer can promote the content of soil available phosphorus,and reduce phosphate fertilizer seems can reduce soil available p content and by increasing organic fertilizer and Humic acid can increase the content of available p in soil,organic fertilizer processing and Humic acid content of available p in soil under the highest compared with the control treatment increased by 89%and 142%respectively.2.Effect on plant phosphorus uptake,cotton phosphorus uptake reached the maximum at the batting stage.The phosphorus uptake amount of plants treated with organic fertilizers and Humic acid was higher than that of the control treatment and TSP100 treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two treatments.The phosphorus uptake amount of plants treated with organic fertilizers and Humic acid increased by 74%and 65%,respectively,compared with the control treatment.3.On cotton yield and the effect of phosphorus efficiency,p can increase crop yield,and reduce the applying of phosphate content can lead to crop failures,on the basis of the phosphate fertilizer consumption by increasing organic fertilizer and Humic acid can increase crop yield,production of organic fertilizer and Humic acid treatment were higher than control treatment,organic fertilizer treatment and Humic acid under highest yield compared with the control treatment increased by 29%and 24%respectively.The utilization rate,agronomic efficiency,agronomic efficiency and partial productivity of phosphate fertilizer under Humic acid and organic fertilizer treatment were higher than other treatments.Therefore,the increase of Humic acid and organic fertilizer can improve the utilization efficiency of phosphorus fertilizer,in the state of soil phosphorus consumption,still can maintain the same level of cotton yield with the state of phosphorus surplus,that is,phosphorus reduction while ensuring the yield,can tap the potential of plants to use soil phosphorus.
