| Since the reform and opening up,facility gardening has developed vigorously,and various problems have been encountered in the process of development in the direction of scale,intensification,and industrialization.Among them,the more serious one is the soil problem in the facility.Studies have found that humic acid,as a green organic fertilizer,can promote the absorption of nutrients by crops,increase crop yield and quality,and can also be used as a soil regulator with organic buffers to adjust soil p H and improve crop resistance..In this experiment,cucumber’Jinyou 401’ was used as the test crop,which was planted in two crops in summer and autumn.Four treatments were set: humic acid plus lactic acid(T1),humic acid plus potassium acetate(T2),Humic acid plus half the amount of lactic acid + half the amount of potassium acetate(T3),with the same amount of water as the control(CK).The humic acid used in the treatment is an active humic acid,while lactic acid and potassium acetate are an organic buffer.Combining the two experiments,the main results are as follows:(1)Compared with CK,T1,T2 and T3 treatments with humic acid have improved the growth of cucumber plants,increasing plant height,stem thickness and leaf area,especially T3 treatment in the middle and late stages of cucumber growth.Plant height increased by 13%,stem thickness increased by 9%,leaf area increased by 15%.(2)With T1,T2,and T3 treatments,the yield of cucumber per plant was increased by 3%-15%compared with CK treatment,and the cumulative yield of cucumber plots was increased by 3% ~26%compared with CK.Among them,the yield of T3 treatment was higher than other treatments.(3)After applying humic acid mixed fertilizer,the quality of cucumber fruit was significantly improved.The results of summer and autumn crops were consistent.The nitrate content of the fruit was reduced by 12% to 23%,the soluble protein content was increased by 27% to 53%,and the soluble sugar was increased.The content has increased by 11% to 249%,and the vitamin C content has increased by 5%to 22%.(4)Soil p H and EC values ??were relatively stable after humic acid treatment.At 60 days after cucumber planting,the total nitrogen,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,and available phosphorus in the soil were reduced compared with CK,indicating that humic acid promoted soil The transportation capacity of nutrients is beneficial to the absorption of nutrients such as nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium by cucumber roots.It is concluded that in the production of cucumbers in solar greenhouses,the application of humic acid mixed fertilizer can stabilize the soil environment,promote the absorption of nutrients by the cucumbers in the soil,is beneficial to the growth of cucumbers,and can also improve the nutritional quality of the fruits... |
