Cotton was a crop with strong drought resistance,but drought was still one of the important factors restricting the development of cotton planting.In response to the increasingly serious drought disaster,In this study,203 island cotton resource materials and 5917 island cotton RIL population hybridized with pimas-7 were used as experimental materials.Water control stress test was carried out in the flowering and boll period.Comprehensive drought resistance coefficient(CDC),correlation analysis method,drought resistance measurement value D value evaluation method and other methods were used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of cotton resource materials.Single index closely related to drought resistance was found under each character,and cotton materials with strong drought resistance were screened out.Based on island cotton boll period index data of multiple agronomic traits,by using the method of principal component analysis and cluster analysis,214 strains of near isogenic line and its parent had carried on the comprehensive evaluation,drought resistance during the blooming period based on the laboratory sea island cotton RIL population simplified genome sequencing the result of the construction of genetic map,combined with drought during the blooming period of cotton a year two related traits for QTL mapping.The main results of this paper were as follows:(1)The drought resistance of 203 island cotton germplasm resources were comprehensively identified by combining drought resistance coefficient,principal component analysis,membership function and drought resistance measurement(D value)according to the membership function.The selection of strong drought-resistant varieties was to spit 75-37,haiyan 6,Yunnan 3,and extremely sensitive varieties were C-6019 and Ba 238,which can provide basic materials for cotton production and research on the molecular mechanism of cotton drought resistance.The results of the drought resistance evaluation of the island cotton RIL group showed that most of the selected cotton varieties were concentrated in Class III and were drought-resistant,while the high drought resistance accounted for only 0.47%and the high drought resistance material was only 554.Extremely sensitive materials were 15 parts such as 597,632,420,and 581.(2)The principal component analysis showed that the fruit branch height,single bell weight,effective boll number and yield per plant were closely related to the D value of cotton comprehensive drought resistance,and could be used as the index of drought resistance identification in island cotton boll period.(3)Using the composite interval(CIM)mapping method,QTL mapping was carried out on 9 morphological traits of the RIL population in the RIL population under drought stress(W)and normal irrigation(D)conditions.A total of 109 morphological traits were detected.The QTL locus of morphological traits in flowering and boll stage were detected.Under the drought stress environment,23 QTL loci controlling morphological traits were detected.Under normal watering,45 QTL loci controlling morphological traits were detected and 41 were detected.The QTL locus of drought resistance coefficient of 41 morphological traits was detected.
