| In this paper,the storage and quality characteristics of 4 single nectarine trees from Aksu Prefecture were studied through the storage test of 4 selected single nectarine trees,finally,one superior plant with good storability and good quality was selected from 4 individual plants to enrich Xinjiang Peach germplasm resources and lay a foundation for later breeding.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study on the effects of cold storage treatment and MA cold storage packaging on Green light No.5,13-6#,Green light No.6,Yellow light No.1,changes of ethylene emission,gas ratio,skin color and physical properties of 4 nectarine fruits during storage.The effects of MA packaging mode on postharvest respiration,delaying color transformation and softening texture of fruits were investigated.Four nectarines were the typical fruit of hoverhop type,and the respiratory intensity and ethylene emission were increased at first and then decreased.During the storage,the two storage methods could restrain the increase of respiration intensity and ethylene release,and delay the peak time,which could restrain the senescence and softening of the fruits,the fruit quality of 4 nectarines was maintained to solve the softening problem during storage and to prolong the storage period.(2)Study cold storage treatment and MA cold storage packaging method comparison determination of Green light No.5,13-6#,Green light No.6,Yellow light No.1,the dynamic cycle changes of 4 peach quality indexes(titratable acid,soluble solids,total sugar,pectin,fruit weight loss rate,fruit water content,texture,fruit hardness,fruit color and fruit color difference)were studied.The results showed that the two treatments could reduce the loss of TSS and TA,inhibit fruit decay,maintain fruit color,prolong fruit storage period and delay fruit senescence.MA was more effective than cold storage treatment,which indicated that MA played an important role in fruit storage and was a key factor to be considered in peach fruit storage.(3)To study and compare the effects of cold storage and MA cold storage on the quality of four kinds of Xinjiang nectarines,Green light No.5,13-6#,Green light No.6,Green light No.1.By means of the comprehensive evaluation index of significance analysis,one superior plant,Green light No.6,was selected from 4 individual plants with the best storage resistance and quality. |
