In this experiment, the material is 4-year old "ZAOHONGZHU" sweet nectarine ("QINGZHOUMITAO" peach as stock), planted in south-north lines with 1m× 1.8 m space. The aim of this study is to identify the effect of different phonological period and environmental factors in and out of the green house on the shoot, fruit development and fruit quality.The experiment results showed that: the environmental factors were very different in and out the greenhouse, the air temperature, soil temperature and air humidity were higher in the greenhouse than that in the open field at the same time, but the light in the greenhouse was lower. The nectarine fruit which produced in greenhouse was two months earlier on market than that in the open field. On the other hand, greenhouse cultivation made the period of blooming, the period of fruit development and shoot elongate period longer, but the leaf deciduous time was late. The content of sugar and SSC was lower in greenhouse than in the open field, the fruit acid and Vc content were higher on the contrary. In one word, the fruit quality in the greenhouse is not as better as in the open field. The greenhouse condition also changed the nectarine leaf quality, such as the leaf area was larger, the chlorophyll content was more, and the leaf became thinner, and so on.This study's results also show that: the relation between air temperature, soil temperature, light and humility in the open field and Zaohongzhu' shoot length is significant positive correlation; there has highly significant positive correlation between the climate factors and the suture diameter, polar diameter and average fruit weight The relation between soluble solid and air temperature is significant positive correlation, as to others climate factors, the relation is highly significant correlation. In the greenhouse, the length of shoot and the air temperature have significant positive correlation, as to the light, is highly significant positive correlation, there has no significant correlation between the soil temperature, humility and shoot length in greenhouse. The relation between fruit suture diameter, polar diameter, soluble solid , average fruit weight and air temperature, light, humility is highly significant correlation, and no significant correlation between them aad solid temperature. The results show that solid temperature in greenhouse is no better suit to Zaohongzhu's growth and development; the air temperature and humility maybe the main reasons for the highly grow of the shoot in the greenhouse. So in greenhouse fruit production, we must improve these climate factors if we want to get the high fruit production and quality.
