In recent years, the protected vegetable production in China has developed rapidly, which created economic value, but also brought many problems.Excessive and unscientific application of chemical fertilizer in protected vegetable planting leads to problems such as soil hardening, acidification, low fertilizer use efficiency, and serious damage to agricultural ecological environment. In order to solve series of problems caused by excessive and unscientific application of chemical fertilizers,it has become an inevitable trend for modern agricultural development to use new fertilizers such as bio-organic fertilizers and soluble fertilizers under the condition of chemical fertilizers reduction. In this experiment,we set five treatments:①no fertilizer applied(CK);②routine fertilization(T1);③bio-organic fertilizer(T2);④ 30%reduced chemical fertilizer+bio-organic fertilizer(T3);⑤ 30%reduced chemical fertilizer+bio-organic fertilizer+amino acid soluble fertilizer(T4).And the plant growth, yield, quality and soil physical and chemical properties of melon were determined:Compared with conventional fertilization, the combination of bio-organic fertilizer and amino acid soluble fertilizer under the condition of chemical fertilizer reduction can promote photosynthesis, increase yield and quality of melon.Among them, the yield of plot increased by 12.50%,net photosynthetic rate increased by 16.70%,economic benefit increased by 12.01%,soluble sugar content increased by 24.94%,Vc increased by 12.02%.Under the condition of chemical fertilizer reduction, the application of bio-organic fertilizer and amino acid soluble fertilizer significantly increased soil organic matter, available hydrolysis nitrogen, available potassium and invertase activity in melon field.Compared with T1 treatment,T4 treatment significantly increased the contents of soil organic matter, available hydrolysis nitrogen and available potassium by 31.50%,18.80%and 13.89%,respectively.Compared with T1 treatment, sucrase activity increased by 61.33%.There was a significant positive correlation between melon yield and organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium. The correlation coefficients with organic matter, total nitrogen and available potassium were 0.877**,0.761**,0.957**,respectively,while the correlation coefficients with total phosphorus were only 0.678**.There were significant positive correlations between soluble sugar and soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium.Significant positive correlations between soluble protein and soil organic matter, available hydrolysis nitrogen were also observed. And there were also significant positive correlation between Vitamin C content and soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium.Sucrase was positively correlated with soil organic matter, total phosphorus, available hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium.Urease was positively correlated with available potassium.Acidic phosphatase was positively correlated with soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium.Based on this research,we put forward the cultivation protocols for chemical fertilizer application reduction and efficiency improvement of melonin Nanjing. From the aspects of land selection, seedling raising, alternative technology of fertilizer reduction, field management, pest control, harvesting and other technical,we summarizes the techniques for chemical fertilizer application reduction and efficiency improvement of melon cultivation, which provide technical support for melon production in Nanjing.
