As a big country of crop production,the importance of farmland operation such as grain planting is self-evident.The growth of farmland crops can not be separated from the protection of the field water by ridge,and good ridge quality plays an important role in the good growth of crops.Traditional human construction not only has high labor intensity,but also poor quality of ridge.The research and invention of ridge building machine have solved this problem greatly.However,the traditional ridge building machine has some problems such as the lack of solid degree of ridge construction.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs an eccentric vibration compaction type ridge building machine based on the forced vibration principle excited by the damped simple harmonic inertia force.The research contents are as follows:(1)According to the design requirements of ridge machine,the whole structure of the ridge machine is designed.The working principle of each component of eccentric vibration compaction type ridge building machine is elaborated.The key parts are designed,calculated and checked theoretically,and the transmission ratio between the ridge machine and each working part is determined.The theoretical stress analysis of the suppression ridge building device is carried out,and the theoretical formula of the driving moment of the suppression device and the critical value of the force of the machine and machine to the suppression ridge building device are derived.In structure,a new eccentric vibration compaction method is adopted to build ridge,which makes up for the deficiency of the traditional ridge building machine for the solid degree of the built ridge.(2)The working condition of eccentric vibration compaction device is simulated by ADAMS simulation software,its vibration mechanics model is established and theoretical analysis is carried out.The motion trajectory equation of the roller is deduced.The influence of stiffness coefficient,damping coefficient,eccentric mass mass mass mass and central shaft speed on vibration effect of spring vibration device is analyzed in detail.The vibration effect is obtained once The ridge construction scheme combining the ridge building and secondary ridge consolidation can achieve the best effect.The stiffness coefficient is 2.6n/mm,damping coefficient is 0.06n/(mm/s),the center axis speed is 2r/s,and the mass of eccentric block is 12kg;the secondary ridge is changed to 4R / s under the primary ridge construction condition.(3)The paper simulates the process of eccentric vibration compaction ridge building machine in field by coupling simulation of Adams and edem software.The optimal speed of the first ridge construction and secondary ridge without eccentric vibration and eccentric vibration is analyzed.The best speed is 0.4m/s,0.2m/s for primary ridge building and 0.8m/s for secondary ridge without eccentric vibration The influence of ridge construction machine on the geometric parameters of the constructed ridge under different rotation height has determined the ridge construction scheme with the height of 300 mm when the rotation height is 50 mm.Finally,the three kinds of ridge construction methods are compared with the traditional ridge building machine by comparing with the traditional one,and the combination of primary ridge and secondary ridge is improved by about 900 kpa,which ensures the feasibility of the scheme.(4)The field test is carried out on the whole machine of ridge building machine.Through a large amount of test data analysis,the optimal speed of eccentric vibration compaction type ridge building machine is obtained,which is compared with the coupling simulation analysis results.Finally,the comparison test data of the three groups of working conditions shows that the effect of the new type of ridge building machine is obviously enhanced compared with the traditional ridge building machine The results of the simulation results are similar to the results of coupling simulation.The correctness of all the above software simulation tests and the feasibility of ridge building are further verified.
