Canine dermatoses is an important part of canine diseases,and it is also a common clinical disease.Canine dermatoses not only seriously affect the health of dogs,but also some pathogens are zoonotic pathogens,posing a great threat to humans.The occurrence of Canine dermatoses is very common and the etiology is complicated.To this end,this experiment carried out investigations on Canine dermatoses and related research on the etiology.Sample collection and pathogen isolation and identification of dogs with suspected bacterial and fungal infections;based on pathogen identification results,bacterial drug susceptibility test results,and drug resistance analysis results,it provides reference for the treatment of Canine dermatoses.This experiment collected the 2019-2020 main dog skin disease materials of a pet hospital in the Economic Development Zone of Nanchang City;observed and recorded the clinical manifestations and symptoms of the diseased dog;collected skin samples of the diseased dog for the isolation and identification of the pathogen;The main pathogenic bacteria of Canine dermatoses: Staphylococcus pseudointermediate(SP),conducted drug sensitivity test and drug resistance gene analysis.The test results are as follows:(1)Common dog skin diseases in some areas of Nanchang Economic Development include parasitic,fungal,and bacterial three types,and skin diseases account for about 13% of clinical cases.Bacterial infections are mainly secondary,and multiple infections are more common;canine parasitic skin is mainly caused by scabies and demodex;the main pathogens of canine fungal skin diseases are Microsporum canis and Malassezia pachyderm.The main pathogen of canine bacterial skin disease is Staphylococcus pseudointermediate(SP).(2)A drug susceptibility test was conducted on 15 SP strains,and it was found that all SP had different degrees of drug resistance.Combined with the screening of 7 common drug resistance genes,it was found that the drug resistance phenotype of SP basically corresponds to the drug resistance genotype.A methicillin-resistant pseudointermediate Staphylococcus(MRSP)was isolated.The bacterium is resistant to all 14 drugs.Therefore,attention should be paid to the emergence of MRSP.(3)Establish a PCR detection method for SP,and initially apply it to detect SP in healthy dogs.The 32 SP isolates from healthy dogs were screened for drug resistance genes,and 4 MRSPs were found.
