Camellia spp.is an important economic crop in Guangxi, meloidogyne INCOGNITA restricts the development of oil tea industry.Through the study on the resistance of different species of Guangxi oil tea to Meloidogyne incognita, the difference of resistance of various oil tea species to Meloidogyne incognita was found, which laid a theoretical foundation for the selection of good varieties resistant to Meloidogyne disease and the production guidance of oil tea.In this paper, the resistance of different species of Camellia Oleifera to meloidogyne INCOGNITA in Guangxi Province was studied, the root-knot nematode incidence in the propagation nursery of Camellia Oleifera from Guangxi Academy of Forestry in South Guangxi province, the propagation nursery of Camellia Oleifera from the state-owned Weidu forest farm in central Guangxi Province and the root-knot nematode incidence in the propagation nursery of Camellia Oleifera from the Institute of Forestry in Babu District of Guangxi Province were analyzed. The resistance of different species of camellia oleifera to nematode australis was evaluated by inoculation of common camellia oleifera(C.oleifera),bobaida fruit camellia oleifera(C.gigantocarpa),fragrant camellia oleifera(C.osmantha),guanning safflower camellia oleifera(C.semiserrata)and luchuan camellia oleifera(C.vietnamensis).The results are as follows:The common oil-tea seedlings, cutting seedlings and grafted seedlings with common oil tea as rootstocks were more serious in infecting the southern root-knot nematode. The infection rate of the southern root-knot nematode of the common oil-tea seedlings in the Guangxi Academy of Forestry was as high as 100%.The knot index was 54.20.The southern root knot nematode invasion of the seedlings of the eight forestry branches was the most serious. The infection rate reached 100% and the root knot index was 61.80.The incidence of cutting seedlings was also serious, and the infection rate was 95%.The root-knot index was 51.20,and the root-knot index of seedling grafted seedlings was the lowest at 38.60.The common oil-tea seedlings cultivated by yellow clay had an infection rate of 70% and a root-knot index of 23.80.The infection of oil-tea seedlings cultivated by sand soil was More serious, the infection rate is 95%,and the root knot index is 45.40.The root knot index of Luchuan Oil Tea and Nanrong Camellia in Guangxi Academy of Forestry was 5.20 and 7.80,respectively.The root knot index of Wantian Honghua Oil Tea and Bobai Big Fruit Oil Tea was only 1.00 and 0.60,with the slightest incidence. After inoculation with M.incognita,it was found that female adult worms were found in common oil tea for 28 days, and there were egg masses. The adult worm time was 42 d,49d,56 d in the roots of fragrant oil tea,Guangning safflower oil tea and Luchuan oil tea,and the time of egg mass was 49 d.56d,56 d.In the Bobai big fruit oil tea,no 2nd instar pupa was found to develop to 3~4 years old,and no male adults were found in all species. After the inoculation of M.incognita, the growth of roots was promoted, while the growth of stems and leaves was inhibited, and the levels of nutrients in leaves were significantly reduced.Luchuan oil tea,Bobai big fruit oil tea, fragrant oil tea,Guangning safflower oil tea root The growth of stems and leaves was not significantly inhibited, and the level of nutrient elements was not significantly reduced.Comprehensive analysis of life history, root knot index and plant growth found that Bobai big fruit oil tea is a high-resistance variety,Xianghua oil tea,Guangning safflower oil tea,Luchuan oil tea are all medium-resistant species.Or common camellia is a susceptible species.
