With the rapid development of pig farms in the direction of modernization and scale,pig diseases have also become complicated.Traditional breeding models and breeding concepts are difficult to cope with the current development of the breeding industry,severely restricting the development of the pig industry,and greatly reducing the economic benefits of the enterprise.Through investigation and understanding of the breeding farms,it is found that some farms have unreasonable farm layouts,existing technologies cannot fully support production,the breeding environment is relatively simple,the performance of facilities and equipment cannot keep up with the market structure,and the implementation of vaccine immunization is not in place.There is immunity Problems such as poor results and loopholes in the manag Ement of biosafety modules on site.In this paper,through a follow-up investigation of a farm,there are some problems in the field,such as unreasonable layout of the field,insufficient technical force,poor environmental conditions,crude facilities and equipment,unreasonable vaccination procedure,poor immunization effect and poor biosafety manag Ement.And comprehensive prevention and control of the epidemic is carried out by adopting measures such as vaccine immunization,environmental disinfection,and drug prevention.The results show that the optimization of the layout of the functional area of the site is the faster and more efficient operation of the site,and the level of biosafety prevention and control improved by the school,so that the utilization rate of the barn is higher.At the same time,after the equipment upgrade,the production efficiency and biosafety level of the farm have been effectively improved,and the corresponding production indicators have been improved.In this farm,the rate of sows registration increased by 6.9percentag E points,the number of births per sow per year increased by 0.26,the averag E number of healthy piglets per sow per litter increased by 2.71,the overall weaning ag E decreased by 2 days,and the averag E weaning litter weight increased by 8.8 kg,the ratio of rigor mortis to piglets was 3.23% lower than before immunization,the mortality of suckling piglets was 8.1% lower than after immunization,and the mortality of suckling pigs was 5.26% lower than before immunization,the averag E number of larg E pigs per sow per year has increased by 0.7,and the cost of medicine per sow has decreased by 17 yuan.The economic benefits of pig farms have increased significantly.The formulation and implementation of comprehensive disease prevention and control measures is of great significance to disease prevention and control in larg E-scale farms,and the prevention and control effects are good.
