| In order to clarify the effect of the TAI on the reproductive performance of dairy cows and on follicular cyst disease,In this study,exogenous reproductive hormones were used to intervene in the normal reproductive process of Holstein dairy cows and to perform clinical treatments for follicular cyst disease.The aim is to explore the effects of different TAI on the reproductive indicators of dairy cows and the curative effect on follicular cyst disease in dairy cows.Experiment 1:Choose 195 cows in the test dairy farm,and the test group will use the pre-synchronization 079 program and the pre-synchronization 0789 program.The control group adopted the method of natural estrus and AI.Each group randomly selected 6 cows,and scored their uterine mucus at 14、28 and 35 days postpartum.In the test group,blood was collected from the tail vein of the cow on the 0th day,7th day,9th day of the scheduled insemination program after PGF2αpretreatment,and before the drug injection and during AI.ELISA method was used to determine the content of P4 and E2 in serum samples at each time point in each group.three groups of dairy cows were examined for B-ultrasound pregnancy 30 to 35 days after AI.statistics of reproduction indicators such as conception rate,non-return to estrus,and the number of days after delivery for the first time.Experiment 2:Vitamin ADE injection was injected intramuscularly to cows suffering from follicular cyst disease.The test group used procedures 0789(procedure 1),CIDR+PGF2α+Gn RH(procedure 2),and dairy cows were examined for B-ultrasound pregnancy 30 to 35 days after AI,record data and statistics cure rate,estrus rate and conception rate.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,PGF2αpretreatment can significantly improve the uterine mucus scores of dairy cows at 21 and 28 days postpartum,but on day35 there was no significant difference in uterine mucus scores between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).there was no significant difference in the changes of serum P4and E2 content in dairy cows during the pre-synchronization 079 and pre-synchronization0789 procedures(P>0.05).The P4 content of the experimental group during artificial insemination was higher than that of the control group(natural estrus group).but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).the conception rate of pre-synchronization 079was 40.26%,and the conception rate of pre-synchronization 0789(48.72%)was 8.46%higher than that of pre-synchronization 079,The difference was not significant(P>0.05).The conception rate of cows in the control group was the lowest(40%),In the promotion of dairy farms,the conception rate of the pre-synchronization 079 was 31.88%,and the conception rate of the pre-synchronization 0789 was 38.77%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The non-return to estrus rates of the pre-synchronization 079,the pre-synchronization 0789,and the control group were 66.23%,61.54%and 55%,respectively,and there was no significant difference in the results of the non-return to estrus among the groups(P>0.05).the first mating days of the cows in the pre-synchronized TAI group were also significantly earlier than the control group(P<0.01),which can shorten the number of the days open and calving interval of the cows,and improve the reproductive efficiency of the cows.(2)The cure rates of 0789 program and CIDR+PGF2α+Gn RH program for cattle with follicular cyst were 55.56%and 70.59%,respectively,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).the estrus rates of cattle with follicular cysts using the 0789 procedure and the CIDR+PGF2α+Gn RH procedure were 60.00%and 58.33%,respectively,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The conception rates of the two procedures were50.00%and 61.54%,respectively,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05). |
