| In this study, timed artificial insemination (TAI) was tested on some1st-2nd parity dairy cows. With the application of TAI for breeding of dairy cows, pregnancy rate was increased, and some diseases of reproductive disorder can be treated. The purpose of this study is providing some references for popularizing application of TAI technique. The cows were treated by three method, conventional AI, TAI, and three times Estrumate pre-injection+TAI, and divided into three different groups as control group, Protocol1group and protocol2group. The pregnancy rates were detected by ultrasound imaging within day27-35after insemination, and by rectal palpation at day60, respectively. Days open cows were rebreeded as soon as possible to reduce the feeding cost. The data of pregnancy rate, nonpregnant rates, and Non-returned rate were analysed and compared between each group. The cows were treated by timed artificial insemination (TAI) and antibiotic was tested on231to1st-2nd parity dairy cows diseased for uterus and ovary. The pregnancy rates were detected by ultrasound imaging within day27-35after insemination, and by rectal palpation at day60, respectively. The data of pregnancy rates, estrus rate were analysed and compared between each disease.Which aims to reduce the treatment time used to reduce the use of antibiotics.Result:With the application of timed artificial insemination, three times Estrumate pre-injection+TAI for breeding of dairy cows, as compared with conventional AI pregnancy rates of cows actually increased by13.48%,20.26%, respectively. with the application of timed artificial insemination, three times Estrumate pre-injection+TAI for breeding of dairy cows, Days open cows compared to conventional AI a few days short. The program1and program2compared conventional AI Non-returned rate were decreased by3.5-3.7%.Application timed artificial insemination treatment with persistent corpus luteum, and ovarian stationary adult cows, which were up56.25%ã€66.67%conception rate, Application timed artificial insemination technology combined10%oxytetracycline injection of agents on the uterus with ovarian cysts, endometriosis which were up46.67%ã€45.46%conception rate. |
