| Biodiversity and its patterns are hotspots and important contents of community ecology.Past studies often only focus on the interactions between organisms in closed communities, ignoring the connections between different scales. In this experiment, from July 21 to August 5,2019,the surface arthropod community was investigated in Shengshan National Nature Reserve,Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province. The study area was divided into local scale and habitat scale, and the trap method was used. The purpose of collecting surface arthropods is to explore the diversity and formation patterns of surface arthropods at different scales in the northernmost part of the broad-leaved Korean pine forest in my country. The results showed that the dominant groups of the surface arthropod ensemble at the habitat scale were centipedes and saffron beetles, while centipedes, spiders and safflower beetles were the main dominant groups at the local scale. The diversity index(H’),evenness index(J)and dominance index(C)of the local scale surface arthropod ensemble were all larger than those of the habitat scale arthropod ensemble. The similarity index results showed that the surface arthropod communities of the original broad-leaved Korean pine forest and the aspen forest were moderately similar, and the surface arthropod communities of the spruce forest, coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest, white birch forest and black birch forest were moderately similar. There is little difference between beta diversity at local scale and habitat scale, and both are the decisive role of spatial species transformation in beta diversity.Species cluster mosaic has little impact on collective community;Mosaic type;the surface arthropod assemblage at the local scale and habitat scale. The C-score and V-ratio indexes based on the FE and FP rules indicate that the surface arthropod assemblage is a cluster pattern, and the competition between groups is not significant. In conclusion, environmental screening and dispersal may be the main reasons for the formation of surface arthropod diversity and its pattern, which further indicates that the effects of different scales on surface arthropods are not obvious. This experiment will promote the research and development of soil animal diversity and its patterns, and provide theoretical basis and data support for underground biodiversity conservation and forest management. |
