Aksu area is located on the edge of Taklimakan Desert,with dry climate and good sunshine conditions,which is suitable for large-scale cotton planting.In order to increase cotton production,the amount of chemical fertilizers has been increased year by year,and the continuous cultivation of cotton has not only led to the decline of soil fertility and the change of soil structure,but also increased the cost of cotton planting.Wood vinegar is a liquid product obtained by thermal cracking of biomass raw materials,which is non-toxic,non-polluting,low in preparation cost,and has the characteristics of effectively preventing and controlling diseases and insect pests,improving soil structure and promoting crop growth.In order to improve soil properties in southern Xinjiang,increase cotton yield and reduce planting costs,this study took cotton in southern Xinjiang as the research object.Cotton stalk wood vinegar was used to intervene the growth of cotton,and the effects of wood vinegar types and dilution ratios on cotton growth and soil physical and chemical properties were discussed and summarized.The main researches are as follows:The cotton stalk was pyrolyzed by a stationary pyrolysis reactor.The results showed that the yield,pH,refractive index and density of wood vinegar increased with the increase of temperature within the range of the termination temperature of 400℃.High:changing the carrier gas flow rate has a great influence on the yield,pH value,refractive index and density value of wood vinegar:changing the particle size has little effect on the yield of wood vinegar,but has a significant impact on pH value refractive index,density value have a greater impact.The composition of the cotton stalk wood vinegar prepared under thisparameter was compared with the tobacco wood vinegar provided by the factory.The results showed that the cotton stalk wood vinegar contained acids(20.13%)and phenolic compounds(35.09%),while tobacco There is no such compound:the ketone(8.51%)and alcohol(19.96%)compounds contained in cotton stalk wood vinegar are higher than tobacco wood vinegar,and tobacco wood vinegar contains unique nicotine components,accounting for 90.13%.The effects of the two wood vinegars on cotton growth and development were discussed The results showed that the two wood vinegars had certain promoting effects on cotton plant height,boll weight and boll number,and root growth within the range of the test dilution.After comprehensive comparison of various indicators of cotton morphology,it can be considered that the best dilution ratio of cotton stalk wood vinegar is 600,and the best dilution ratio of tobacco wood vinegar is 700.When diluted 600 times,the cotton stalk wood vinegar increased by 63.4%compared with the control group,and the boll weight and single boll number increased by 83.93%and 100%compared with the control:when the tobacco wood vinegar was diluted 700 times,the The plant height increased and the efficiency increased by 57.0%.The boll weight and single boll number increased by 84.62%and 81.25%compared with the control.In order to explore the effect of wood vinegar on the physical and chemical properties of soil after spraying cotton,parameters such as soil pH,bulk density,and organic matter were measured at different stages of the experiment.Aiming at a single index,the types of wood vinegar and the optimal parameters of the proportion of the corresponding indicators were discussed.The corresponding optimal dilution ratio and results were:spraying cotton stalk wood vinegar to reduce soil pH,and the dilution ratios at the seedling stage were 200 and 600,respectively.Decrease by 10.52%and 10.16%.The conductivity of cotton stalk wood vinegar decreased by 85.68%when the dilution ratio of 300 was sprayed at the boll-forming stage.When the dilution ratio of cotton stalk wood vinegar is 400,the total soil nitrogen increases by 36.56%,and the total soil phosphorus content increases by 51.79%;when the dilution ratio is 200,the soil available potassium increases by 259.93%;the dilution ratio is 700,and the soil available phosphorus increases by 25.96%.According to the model of comprehensive soil fertility index,the influence of the types and proportions of wood vinegar on the comprehensive soil fertility was more comprehensively evaluated,and the optimal parameters of the two kinds of wood vinegar to enhance the comprehensive soil fertility were obtained.The results showed that the effects of spraying two kinds of wood vinegar on the comprehensive soil fertility were quite different.All the cotton stalk wood vinegars had a promotion effect on the comprehensive soil fertility index,and the maximum increase was 16%;The overall change of soil fertility in the wood vinegar test group was not significant,indicating that tobacco wood vinegar had no significant effect on the soil.
