replace corn for the lamb growth performance, digestive rate, the influence of blood physiological and biochemical and fleshy, aimed at for improve the lamb growth performance, meat quality, improve the utilization rate of nutrients in fodder to provide data support, and to improve the shortage of feed resources in south xinjing region problem, more reasonable use of defect red jujube resources to provide scientific guidance.Experiment 1: Effects of residual red dates on growth performance and digestibility of lambsThirty-six healthy three-month-old lambs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3groups with 12 lambs in each group.Feeding experiment and digestion experiment were conducted. The replacement levels of residual dates for corn in each group were 0%,15% and 30%.The prefeeding period was 15 days, and the normal feeding period was 60 days. Results: There were no significant differences in daily gain, feed intake, digestibility of DM,CP,NDF and EE among three groups(P > 0.05).Experiment 2: Effects of residual red dates on blood physicochemical indexes of lambs.Blood was collected before morning feeding on the 20 th and 40 th days of the normal feeding period to determine the effect of Zancizao on blood physical and chemical indexes.Experimental results: on the 20 th day of the experiment, the AST in the 15% and 30% replacement groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)..At 40 days, the urea nitrogen in the 15% and 30% replacement groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 20 days, the total cholesterol in the 15% and 30% replacement groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the high-density lipoprotein in the 15% replacement group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the high-density lipoprotein in the 15%replacement group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The protein was higher than the 30%replacement group(P<0.05).At 40 days, the triglyceride of the 30% replacement group was lower than that of the control group and the 15% replacement group(P<0.05).At 20 days, the SOD concentration in the15% and 30% replacement groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the CAT concentration in the 15% and 30% replacement groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the 15% and 30% replacement groups The content of MDA was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in GXH-Px between the experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05).40 days. The concentration of SOD in the 15% and30% replacement groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the concentration of CAT in the 15% and 30% replacement groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);GXH-Px in the 15% and 30% replacement groups The concentration was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the MDA content of the 15% and 30% replacement groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Growth hormone in 15% and 30% replacement group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and insulin-like growth factor in 30% replacement group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Experiment 3: Effects of residual red dates on lamb meat quality. At the end of slaughter, meat samples were collected to determine the basic nutrients and meat quality indexes in muscle. Results :(1)there were no significant differences in live weight, carcass weight, slaughter rate and organ index before slaughter(P>0.05).(2)There were no significant differences in PH,shear force and meat color except that meat color B24 in 30% replacement group was significantly higher than that in15% replacement group(P<0.05).(3)C10:0 in 15% replacement group was higher than that in control group and 30% replacement group(P <0.01).C17:0 in 15% and 30% replacement groups was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).C20:0 in control group was significantly higher than that in 15% group(P<0.01),and c20:0 in 15% group was significantly higher than that in 30% group(P<0.01).C18:3n3 in control group was significantly higher than that in 15% and 30% replacement groups(P <0.05);C18:3n3 in control group was significantly higher than that in 15% group(P<0.05).C20:3n6 in control group was significantly higher than that in 15% and 30% groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between C8:0,C11:0,C12:0,C14:0,C15:0,C16:0,C16:1,C18:0,C18:1N9T,C18:1N9C,C20:1,C20:4N6(P>0.05).Comprehensive indicators: the replacement of corn with residual jujube can improve the antioxidant capacity and meat quality of lambs, and the appropriate supplemental level is 15%~30%. | | Keywords/Search Tags: |
