With the continuous development of modern agricultural technology in China,facility agricultural greenhouse has become an important part of China ’ s agricultural field.The artificial construction of agricultural greenhouses can realize the regulation and control of crop growth environment,realize the annual supply of crops,and improve the overall yield and benefit.At present,the development scale of facility agricultural greenhouses in China is increasing,and the existing safety and security problems have also attracted many attention.Among them,the snow cover caused by winter is particularly prominent.Snowfall often occurs in winter in northern China,and snow will give great pressure to facility agriculture greenhouses.If snow cannot be removed in time,it will not only crush the greenhouse surface,but also damage the supporting mechanism of facility agriculture greenhouses,and eventually lead to the collapse of greenhouses,thereby affecting the growth of greenhouse crops and causing major economic losses.The current snow removal methods in greenhouses in China are mainly manual,and the snow removal efficiency is not high.However,the intelligent level of snow removal machinery in greenhouses is low,and it is impossible to achieve efficient and accurate snow removal.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to realize the intelligentization of snow removal machinery in greenhouses.Based on the above problems,this paper studies and designs the matching intelligent snow removal control system of facility agricultural greenhouse according to the current snow removal machinery of facility agricultural greenhouse,aiming at improving the intelligent level of greenhouse snow removal machinery,improving the efficiency of mechanical snow removal and reducing the economic losses caused by snow disasters,the specific research is as follows :(1)Overall design of snow removal system in facility agriculture greenhouse.The starlevel network camera is determined to obtain the real-time snowfall intensity,so as to adjust the measurement time interval of the laser snow depth measurement module to obtain the critical arrival time point of the snow depth,and then send the control signal to drive the crawler car loaded with the snow shovel at the bottom of the shed and the snow brush on the shed for reciprocating snow removal.(2)Design of intelligent snow monitoring part of facility agriculture greenhouse.Starting from the technical principle,the phase laser ranging method is determined to measure the snow depth,and the multi-point snow depth measurement and snow-like material correction are used to improve the accuracy of snow depth measurement.The background subtraction method is determined to obtain the current snowflake binary distribution image,in which the background reduction operation is carried out by DDN network.The pixel ratio of snowflake image is matched and graded with the actual snowfall intensity.According to the actual snowfall intensity,different image shooting time intervals and snow depth measurement intervals are determined,and a detailed data measurement and processing scheme is set.(3)Hardware and software design of intelligent snow removal control system for facility agriculture greenhouse.RBF neural network PID control algorithm is used to control the drive motor of the snow brush on the shed to improve the response time and speed stability.The encoder and single chip microcomputer are used to monitor the running speed of the snow removal machine in real time,and the laser induction module at the front and rear ends of the tracked vehicle and the pressure sensing module at the bottom of the snow removal brush are used to realize the start and stop of the snow removal machine,uniform operation and roundtrip operation.The temperature protection module is used to reduce the damage of low temperature environment to the control system in winter.The upper computer system is built to reduce the cost of learning and realize the visualization and visualization of running state.
