China is the largest vegetable planting country in the world.With the improvement of people ’s living standards,anti-season vegetables are becoming more and more popular.Greenhouse planting has become the main planting mode of vegetables in winter in China.Therefore,the yield and quality of greenhouse vegetables not only affect the economic income of vegetable farmers in winter in China,but also affect the food expenditure of most residents in winter in China.For most farmers planting vegetables,winter is the main season of greenhouse vegetable planting in the year is also the highest income season,but the north of our country is in the cold temperate zone,so the winter is long and often snow weather,if the snow can not be removed in time,light will crush the film,heavy will crush the greenhouse or affect the growth of greenhouse vegetables,vegetable growers bring serious economic losses.At present,the way of snow removal in greenhouses in China is still at the level of artificial snow removal,which not only has heavy snow removal work,low efficiency,but also has potential safety hazards.Although the current snow removal technology and methods have been improved,it still needs artificial full-field participation in snow removal.If encounter heavy snowfall,it will bring huge losses due to untimely snow removal.The losses of greenhouse vegetables in northern China are also numerous due to heavy snowfall every year.Therefore,it is of great practical social significance to realize the mechanization,intelligence and modernization of greenhouse snow removal.Based on the above problems,this paper studies and designs an intelligent snow removal machine and control system for vegetable greenhouses,aiming to help farmers remove snow in greenhouses in time,solve the problems of large intensity and low efficiency of snow removal in greenhouses,and reduce the economic and property losses caused by snowfall.(1)The structure design of intelligent snow remover in vegetable greenhouse.The existing snow removal machinery is improved,and the plough type snow removal machine and the brush type snow removal machine are combined as the top snow removal mechanism and the bottom snow removal mechanism of the snow removal machine to remove the snow above the greenhouse and the snow on the greenhouse road.The key parameters of the snow remover actuator are calculated and the key components are selected.The crawler chassis is used as the chassis of the snow remover to increase the stability of complex operations in rainy and snowy weather conditions.(2)Finite element analysis of the actuator of intelligent snow remover in vegetable greenhouse.The static analysis was carried out on the frame of the top snow removal mechanism and the snow pushing plate of the bottom snow removal mechanism of the intelligent snow remover in vegetable greenhouse,and the modal analysis was carried out on the frame of the top snow removal mechanism.(3)Design of intelligent snow removal machine control system in vegetable greenhouse.The real-time measurement,calculation and error correction of the chassis speed and the top brush speed of the snow remover are carried out by 32 single chip microcomputer.The PID fuzzy control is used to adjust the chassis speed and the top brush speed of the snow remover in real time to ensure that the snow remover realizes intelligent snow removal in the operation process.The configuration software MCGS touch screen is applied to the control system to simplify the operation of the control system.Not only the relevant parameters of the snow remover can be set through the touch screen,but also the working state of the snow remover can be displayed to achieve real-time monitoring.In case of failure,the alarm can also be carried out,which is convenient for the observer to adjust the operating parameters as needed. |
