Design And Implementation Of Lentinus Edodes Production Management System

Aiming at the problems of manual filling of lentinula edodes production process data caused by low informatization of lentinula edodes production and experience in lentinula edodes grade identification in and out of pre refrigeration warehouse,such as complex labor intensity,difficult statistical analysis and inaccurate classification,combined with the actual needs of Shandong Qihe Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.（hereinafter referred to as Qihe Biology）,The automatic recognition method of lentinus edodes grade based on deep convolution neural network is studied,and the production management system of lentinus edodes is designed and implemented.The main research contents and results are as follows:（1）The grade recognition model of lentinus edodes based on deep convolution neural network was constructed.Combined with the actual production situation of lentinus edodes,through model comparison and based on transfer learning,Res Net50 image classification model is used for lentinus edodes grade recognition.25641364 grade images of 7 kinds of Lentinus edodes were collected in the lentinula edodes shed of the West building factory.Through the expansion,training and testing of the collected lentinula edodes grade image data,the accuracy of the recognition result is 98.13%.It provides an effective method for the grade identification and treatment of lentinus edodes in and out of the pre refrigeration warehouse after lentinula edodes production,which is of great significance to save manpower and improve the efficiency of warehousing.（2）The production management system of lentinus edodes was designed.The main functions of the system include: lentinula edodes shed state management,shelf lentinula edodes stick management,lentinula edodes culture management,pre cold storage management,lentinula edodes grade automatic identification,packaging management,warehouse carry forward management,workload statistics,statistical analysis,etc.Through the series of production process and the optimization of management mode,the special database of lentinula edodes production is constructed,including basic information setting data,lentinula edodes shed state management data,shelf lentinula edodes stick management data,lentinula edodes culture management data,pre cooling warehouse management data,packaging management data,warehouse carry forward management data,workload statistics,statistical analysis data,etc.It provides strong data support for production management,statistical analysis and decision-making in the process of lentinula edodes production.（3）Based on springboot + Vue and other technologies,the production management system of lentinus edodes was developed.The system realizes the collection,maintenance,retrieval,statistical analysis of the whole process information of lentinula edodes production,automatic flow of production business process,online approval,management of production process and pre refrigeration warehouse,automatic reporting of production process workload,automatic identification of lentinula edodes grade and other functions.The achievements of this paper have been applied to the lentinula edodes production plant of Wenchang lake and the West building plant of Qihe biology,which has realized the accurate management of the lentinula edodes production process,improved the production efficiency and reduced the labor cost.
