Xinjiang is the main jujube producing area in China,and the jujube industry is one of the dominant industries in southern Xinjiang.In recent years,with the promotion of dwarf dense planting technology,large-scale jujube garden furrowing fertilization machine is no longer suitable for new planting models,so the need to improve the jujube garden furrowing fertilizer machine has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing jujube garden trenching and fertilization machine,the existing jujube garden trenching fertilization machine has been optimized by theoretical analysis,simulation,test verification and other methods to optimize the structure and key components parameters,and the main research content and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the existing bias-type jujube garden trenching fertilization machine,this paper is designed as a machine with offset,mid-positioned and double trenching fertilization,and the trenching resistance of the trencher is analyzed by the resistance theory,that is the trenching resistance is affected by the working speed of the trencher,the opening angle of the blade and other parameters.The displacement of the groove wheel is theoretically analyzed,that is the displacement is affected by the speed of the drainage wheel,the depth of the groove wheel and other related parameters.2.The discrete element parameters of potassium fertilizer and compound fertilizer were determined.The triaxial size density and moisture content of two different fertilizers were measured by measurement method and liquid discharge method,among which the equivalent diameters of potassium fertilizer and compound fertilizer were 2.5mm-3.5mm and3mm-3.5mm,the density was 1.520 g/cm3and 2.678 g/cm3,and the moisture content was1.64%and 1.33%,respectively By means of calibration,the two discrete element parameters that do not pass the fertilizer were calibrated,and the Poisson ratio of potassium fertilizer was0.25,the shear modulus of potassium fertilizer was 7.3×107,the recovery coefficient of potassium fertilizer and potassium fertilizer was 0.35,the coefficient of static friction between potassium fertilizer and potassium fertilizer was 0.4,and the rolling friction coefficient of potassium fertilizer and potassium fertilizer was 0.2,the poisson ratio of compound fertilizer was 0.25,the shear modulus of compound fertilizer was 1×107,the recovery coefficient of compound fertilizer and compound fertilizer was 0.3,and the static friction coefficient of compound fertilizer and compound fertilizer was 0.47.The rolling friction coefficient of compound fertilizer and compound fertilizer is 0.15,which provides data basis for subsequent EDEM simulation of fertilizer exhaust.3.Through the combination of different structural parameters and working parameters simulated by EDEM software,the corresponding fertilizer discharge simulation test and trenching simulation test are carried out,and the data obtained by the simulation is processed by single-factor test and orthogonal test,so as to optimize the structural parameters and working parameters of the drainage tank wheel and trencher.The trencher and drainer of the original structural parameters are simulated,and compared with the trench drainer after the optimized parameters,the results show that the optimized trencher has a smaller trenching resistance,and the fertilization variation coefficient of the optimized drainer is smaller than that of the optimization,and the optimal parameter combination obtained by the simulation is tested and verified,and the optimal parameters of the groove wheel fertilizer drainer and the trencher are test bench test and soil groove test respectively.Among them the errors between the results and simulation results of the fertilizer discharge test bench test for potassium fertilizer and compound fertilizer were 3.38%and 6.16%,the errors between the results of the coefficient of variation test bench test for potassium fertilizer and compound fertilizer were2.21%and 3.51%,respectively and the errors of the soil trough test results and simulation results were less than 10%,respectively,which verified the reliability of the simulation test.
