Peanut plays an important role in China’s agricultural production.Phosphorus,as a nutrient element,is an important component of peanut compounds and participates in various metabolic activities in peanut,so phosphorus is of great significance to the growth of peanut.At present,the content of available p in most soil environments in China is low,and it is easy to form phosphorus deficiency in peanut.Studies have shown that different peanut genotypes have different tolerance to low phosphorus,and a large number of new varieties are bred every year in China,which have different ability to tolerate low phosphorus.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the phosphorus efficiency of peanut varieties and screen out varieties with different phosphorus efficiency,which can provide phosphorus efficient varieties for peanut research and improve peanut yield.In this experiment,30 big peanut varieties and 30 small peanut varieties were used as experimental materials,and the traits of different va rieties under low phosphorus stress and adequate phosphorus environment were studied through hydroponics and field cultivation,so as to conduct cluster analysis and screen out phosphorus efficient varieties.At the same time,SNP sites related to phosphorus efficiency were transformed into KASP markers to identify the genotypes of phosphorus efficiency in the tested varieties.The main results are as follows:1.Through hydroponic experiment,13 characters related to phosphorus efficiency of 30 big peanut varieties and 30 small peanut varieties were measured and analyzed.It was found that there were great differences among the characters of the tested varieties and significant differences among some characters.According to the characteristics of low phosphorus tolerance coefficient and low phosphorus tolerance index,the large peanut varieties and small flower varieties were divided into three kinds of varieties with different phosphorus effici ency,and 6 large peanut varieties with high phosphorus efficiency and 7 small peanut varieties were screened out.2.Through field experiments,pod yield and seed kernel yield of 30 big peanut varieties and 30 small peanut varieties peanut varieties were measured and analyzed,and it was found that there were significant differences in the yield of different peanut varieties under low phosphorus environment.Therefore,the low phosphorus tolerance coefficient and low phosphorus tolerance index were calculated according to the peanut yield in the field,and the method of cluster analysis was applied.Large peanut varieties and small flower varieties were divided into three kinds of varieties with different phosphorus efficiency,among which 8 big peanut varieties with high phosphorus efficiency and 8 small peanut varieties with high phosphorus efficiency were screened.3.Comprehensive evaluation of hydroponic test and field test,4 large peanut varieties and4 small peanut varieties with high phosphorus efficiency were screened out.4.Two SNPS related to phosphorus absorption rate were transformed into KASP markers PUR6-1 and PUR6-2.In small peanut varieties,PUP6-1 was used to detect 23 high-efficiency and 6 low-efficiency phosphorus genotypes,and PUR6-2 was used to detect 23 high-efficiency and 7 low-efficiency phosphorus genotypes.
