| Objective: Systematic evaluation of the correlation between ABO blood group and ovarian reserve function and providing evidence for clinical treatment. Methods: The computer searches the Pub Med,Embase,CNKI and other Chinese and English databases, and systematically searches for the observational study of the relationship between blood group and ovarian reserve. The time limit is from the building to the November 2017.Two researchers independently screened literatures, extracted data and evaluated the bias risk of inclusion studies.Meta analysis was performed using Revman5.3 software.Result: A total of 64570 patients were included in the final 11 case-control studies. The results of meta-analysis show that: when FSH was used as an indicator of DOR,ABO blood group was not related to DOR[A:OR=1.02,95%CI(0.96,1.08),P=0.47,I2=6%;B:OR=0.95,95%CI(0.77,1.18),P=0.66,I2=87%;AB:OR=1.14,95%CI(0.86,1.52),P=0.35,I2=84%;O:OR=0.97,95%CI(0.77,1.23),P=0.81,I2=91%];when AMH was used as an indicator of DOR,only B blood groups are a protective factor for DOR,A,AB and O blood groups have no relationship with DOR[A:OR=0.95,95%CI(0.77,1.19),P=0.67,I2=0%;B:OR=1.39,95% CI(1.06,1.81),P=0.02,I2=0%;AB:OR=1.10,95% CI(0.69,1.73),P=0.69,I2=0%;O:OR=0.83,95%CI(0.64,1.08),P=0.16,I2=28%].Conclusion: When FSH was used as an indicator of DOR,ABO blood group was not related to DOR;When AMH was used as an indicator of DOR,only B blood groups are a protective factor for DOR,A,AB and O blood groups have no relationship with DOR. |
