Study On Factors Influencing The Willingness Of The Elderly To Use Health Portals

With the rapid development of network and information technology,mobile medical service is produced,a new medical way,has not only greatly relieved the increasingly tense medical resources in China,but also improved people’s ability to manage their own health.Through sorting out the relevant researches on mobile medical services by domestic and foreign scholars,it is found that the researches on mobile medical services are mostly reflected in the research on product function and technical function,and there are few researches on the use intention of mobile medical services.[Purpose] The domestic service is still at the beginning of development,Besides the population aging phenomenon is quite serious.Taking the health portal in mobile medical services as an example,the research on the influence factors of elderly users’ willingness to use health portal is conducive to the sustainable development of mobile medical services.[Methods] In this paper,the elderly over the age of 55 as the research object,through the office building populated places,places such as hospital rehabilitation and community site to issue 300 questionnaires,get older users using the influence factors of willingness to data for health portal,first using SPSS23 descriptive statistical analysis and relevant analysis was carried out on the sample data,and then use Amos22 path analysis,further verify the theoretical model and assumptions.[Results] The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that the proportion of male and female among the investigated elderly users is equal.The age is mainly between 55 and 70 years old,and the education background is mainly below the undergraduate level.The results of correlation analysis showed that perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,health anxiety,social norms,quality of results and intention to use were significantly positively correlated,while resistance to change,technical anxiety and intention to use were significantly negatively correlated.The results of path analysis show that the assumptions are consistent with the running results of the model and all the assumptions are supported.[Conclusions] Based on the results of the empirical study,this paper proposes some Suggestions aimed at improving the willingness of the elderly to use health portals.These include: health portal providers should develop targeted marketing strategies based on the personal characteristics of the elderly;Health portal service providers need to pay attention to the impact of perceived disease severity on behavioral decision-making in the elderly.The government should encourage community hospitals and pension institutions to promote and use health portal services;The government should strongly support health portal enterprises and users.
