In recent years,with the deepening of China’s medical and health system reform,the performance appraisal of public hospitals has been paid more and more attention.The traditional hospital performance appraisal system is not perfect,which can not fully stimulate the enthusiasm of the hospital staff,and hinder the healthy growth and development of the hospital.This paper takes x hospital as the research object,using the modern performance management concept and performance assessment tools to study the problems and causes of X hospital’s performance management,and through the research of modern management system to find out the performance improvement plan that conforms to its own characteristics.This paper mainly uses the workload measurement algorithm(RBRVS)And key performance indicator method(KPI),balanced scorecard,etc.to optimize the performance appraisal system of X hospital,starting from the system framework,trying to constantly optimize the performance appraisal system of the hospital,and constantly improve the management of X hospital.Finally,for the implementation of the plan,it puts forward to cultivate the cultural atmosphere of performance appraisal,strengthen the organizational system guarantee,do a good job in publicity and implementation,and grasp the information Suggestions on system construction,strict performance appraisal results linking and implementation tracking.Through the research on the optimization of the performance appraisal system of X hospital,the author believes that the key to the success of the optimization of the performance appraisal system of X hospital lies in two points: first,for the hospital,it comprehensively uses a variety of advanced modern performance management tools,enhances strengths and avoids weaknesses,complements strengths,objectively and comprehensively reflects the performance of employees,and then strengthens the management ability of the hospital;second,In view of the fact that most of the medical staff in X hospital belong to the talents with high professional title and high educational background,under the new system,the performance appraisal should fully mobilize their subjective initiative,so as to give full play to the incentive effect of performance appraisal on employees.This study can also provide reference for other public hospitals to improve performance appraisal.
