Treatment Of Osteoporotic Vertebral Body Pressure With PVP Combined With Injury Capsule Clinical Study Of Contraction Fracture

Objective: By comparing the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with the application of injury capsules on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures during the perioperative period,To explore the clinical efficacy of PVP and injury capsules in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures during the perioperative period,and to provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods: Sixty patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to the Department of Spinal Orthopedics,Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the random number table method,60 patients were divided into PVP group and PVP combined Chinese medicine group according to 1:1.Surgery and oral calcium carbonate D3 particles,300mg/bid treatment;The patients in the PVP combined with traditional Chinese medicine group were given 8 capsules/time of bid po for one month on the first day after operation based on the treatment plan of the PVP group.Patients underwent spine X-rays,spine MRI and CT examinations to determine fresh fracture segments;post-operative X-rays were reviewed to record the height of the anterior margin of the vertebral body before and after PVP operation,whether bone cement leaked,PVP group and PVP The combined Chinese medicine group recorded the VAS score and ODI score of the patients before operation,3 days after operation,1 month after operation,and 3 months after operation.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference between the PVP group and the PVP combined with traditional Chinese medicine group in age,gender,fracture segment distribution and other baseline data(P>0.05).(2)Compared within the PVP group,the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body at 3 days and 3 months after the operation was statistically significant compared with that before the operation(P<0.05);compared with the VAS score in the PVP group,the patient had 3 days and 1 postoperatively Months and 3 months were statistically significant compared with those before surgery(P<0.05);the comparison of ODI scores in the PVP group showed that patients at 3 days,1 month,and 3 months after surgery had statistics compared with those before surgery Significance(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the PVP group and the PVP combined Chinese medicine group,the VAS scores of the PVP combined Chinese medicine group were lower than the PVP group scores at 1 month and 3 months after the operation,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);The comparison between the ODI score groups of PVP combined with traditional Chinese medicine group at 1 month and 3 months after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)PVP surgery can restore the height of the vertebral body,at the same time can relieve pain symptoms and improve spinal dysfunction.(2)Injury capsules can significantly relieve the perioperative pain symptoms of PVP surgery.
