Objective: To analyze the clinical information of patients with osteoporotic vertebral breaks(OVCF)who experienced percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)or percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)to assess the repeat of breaks after surgery Impacting variables give a reference for clinical repeat avoidance.Methods: A review examination of the important information of 217 OVCF patients who experienced vertebroplasty(PVP/PKP)in our clinic from January 2018 to January 2019,agreeing to whether the patients had non-surgical vertebral remodeling amid the follow-up period On the off chance that breaks happened,they were isolated into unfractured gather and re-fractured bunch,and the pertinent clinical information of the two bunches were compared.The positive result of univariate analysis was determined as the influencing factor of postoperative vertebral body recurrence,which was included in the Logistic multivariate regression analysis,and the positive result obtained by the analysis was determined as the independent risk factor of postoperative vertebral body recurrence fracture.Results: Univariate analysis showed that age,bone density,postoperative standardized anti-osteoporosis treatment,bone cement leakage,past fracture history,vertebral height recovery rate and recurrence of fractures after vertebroplasty in OVCF patients were significantly correlated(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age,low BMD,and non-standard postoperative anti-osteoporosis treatment were independent risk factors for recurrence of vertebral fractures after PVP/PKP surgery in OVCF patients.Conclusion: Old age,low BMD,and no anti-osteoporotic treatment are significantly associated with recurring fractures after PVP/PKP surgery for osteoporotic fractures,and are independent risk factors for recurring fractures after PVP/PKP surgery.
