Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Beishu Point Sticking Combined With Local Externalapplication On Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Dampness Heat Obstruction Type

Objective:By observing the changes of joint tenderness number,joint swelling number,morning stiffness time,TCM syndrome score,ESR,CRP,D-dimer,DAS28 score and safety index in patients with rheumatoid arthritis of damp heat obstruction type before and after treatment,so as to explore the clinical effect of Beishu point sticking combined with local external application on rheumatoid arthritis of dampness heat obstruction type.Method:Adopt the method of random stratification,64 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of dampness heat obstruction type were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group,The control group took meloxicam 15 mg once a day,methotrexate 10 mg once a week and folate 10 mg once a week;The treatment group was given acupoint application on the basis of the control group(once a day for 3 hours)combined local external application(once a day for 3 hours),4 weeks as a course of treatment(two weeks of medication,stop taking medicine for two weeks,and then the next course of treatment),after 3 courses of treatment,the changes of joint tenderness,joint swelling,morning stiffness,TCM syndrome score,ESR,CRP,D-dimer and DAS28 scores before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare the efficacy.Result:Comparison of the therapeutic effects of the two groups before and after treatment,(1)comparison of inflammatory indexes between the two groups: After treatment,ESR and CRP levels in both groups decreasedsignificantly,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),but the D-dimer index did not improve significantly(P>0.05);there was significant difference in ESR and CRP between the groups(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in D-dimer(p>0.05).(2)Comparison of symptoms and signs between the two groups: After treatment,the number of joint tenderness,the number of joint swelling,the time of morning stiffness and the score of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the number of joint tenderness,the number of joint swelling,the time of morning stiffness and the score of TCM symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(3)Comparison of DAS28 scores between the two groups:The DAS28 score decreased in both groups after treatment,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);there was also statistical significance between groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.(4)Comparison between the two groups in the treatment of TCM symptoms: The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.8%,the effective rate of the control group was 75.0%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(5)Security analysis: Before and after treatment,there was no abnormality in the routine of hematuria and stool and the function of liver and kidney in the two groups,however,the adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was 3.1%,the adverse reaction rate of the control group was 6.3%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Beishu point sticking combined with local external application can obviously relieve the symptoms and signs of rheumatoid arthritis patients with dampness heat obstruction type,and it is better than simply using western medicine;at the same time,it can reduce ESR andCRP,and delay the further development of the disease;however,D-dimer did not improve,which may be related to the short treatment course and other factors;there were no obvious side effects and adverse reactions.
