| Objective:To observe the effect of kangfuxin oral liquid combined with endoscopic ligation treatment on the prevention of early rebleeding in patients after endoscopic variceal ligation,to explore a more comprehensive,reasonable and efficient combination treatment plan,to improve the effect of endoscopic treatment and improve the prognosis.Methods: The patients with esophageal varices in the period of 18~70 years old liver cirrhosis decompensation were selected from September 2018 to February 2020.The patients were identified as the observation objects according to the inclusion criteria,and the diameters of varices were graded according to the severity of esophageal varices.After ligation,the observation subjects were included in the classical treatment group(group A),montmorillonite powder treatment group(group B)and kangfux in oral liquid treatment group(group C)for 4 weeks.To evaluate early bleeding,endoscopiculcer site repair,levels of inflammatory factors,a nd adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results:The hemostatic effect of the patients in the kangfuxin oral liquid group was obviously better than that in the classical group and the montmorillonite powder treatment group.And do another gastroscopy showed that the mucosal healing rate in the kangfuxin oral liquid treatment group was higher than that in the classical group and the montmorillonite powder group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Inflammatory factor interleukin(IL-1,IL-6,IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),there was no significant difference among the three groups before curing process(p>0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory index of Kangfuxin oral liquid group was lower than that of montmorillonite powder group,classical group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with the montmorillonite powder group,the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea in the Kangfuxin oral liquid group was statistically significan t(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in fever,poststernal pain and dysphagia(p>0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of Kangfuxin oral liquid on prevention of early rebleeding after ligation of esophageal varices in patients with cirrhosis is obviously better than that routine treatment group and montmorill onite powder group. |
