Research On The Standard Compilation Of Benchmark (Master) Data Of TCM Hospital

In recent years,the information of traditional Chinese medicine has been rapidly improved,which has greatly promoted the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.At present,information system has become an indispensable support for hospital operation.The development of hospital information construction cannot do without information system business integration.However,when extracting data from hospital information system,it is found that the basic data is increasing,the data standards are inconsistent,and the data interaction is difficult,so it is impossible to realize the interconnection between information systems.Master data,also known as benchmark data,refers to the data unit shared between systems.It can promote resource integration and data fusion,realize the opening and sharing of data,and greatly improve the data analysis ability of traditional Chinese medicine health service.To create a complete,consistent and shared master data information of traditional Chinese medicine and standardize and unify the management of master data of traditional Chinese medicine industry can avoid the repeated definition and different representation of data,avoid the appearance of data islands as far as possible,and ensure the integrity and correctness of data.Therefore,in order to realize the information sharing and interconnection of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,it is necessary to study the compilation of the standard of standard(master data standard)of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Objective: The main data standard is compiled to lay the foundation for the information exchange and sharing between hospitals and hospitals.The problems in the master data standard are analyzed,and the standards are further modified and perfected according to the specific problems.The main data of eight TCM hospitals were extracted,and the main data was tested according to the master data standard.The problems in the application of master data were found out and some suggestions were put forward.Methods: Methods of literature analysis,field investigation and expert consultation were used to carry out the research.First of all,consult and collate the relevant literature,including relevant laws and regulations and standards,and analyze the research status of master data and data element standards at home and abroad.Secondly,data elements were extracted from the application systems of eight traditional Chinese medicine hospitals by field investigation method,and master data standards were compiled according to relevant standards and normative documents.The expert consultation rule runs through the whole research process of standard compilation,and is an indispensable research method to ensure the credibility of research results.Results:(1)The process of compiling master data standard text is described in detail.The methods of data element extraction,master data identification and master data classification framework are described in detail.Based on the standardization rules of health information data element,health information data element catalog Part 1: General principles(WS 363-2011),general principles for the compilation of information standards of traditional Chinese medicine,the coding rules of master data attributes and master data identifier were determined,the master data standard was compiled,and the first draft of master data standard was formed.After many times of expert consultation and argumentation,the first draft was continuously revised and improved according to the expert opinions,and the master data standard was formed and submitted for approval.In addition,the release process of the standard is combed in detail to lay the foundation for the later release of the standard.(2)Improve the master data standard,and based on this standard,extract the master data of eight traditional Chinese medicine hospitals to test their compliance.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the master data standard and modifies it.The main data of eight TCM hospitals(a,B,C,D,e,F,G,H)were extracted respectively.Based on the "master data standard",the test results were analyzed,and the modification suggestions were put forward for the existing problems.Conclusion: At present,there are still some problems in the allowable value of master data in the master data standard.There are also some problems in the master data extracted from the sampling hospitals,such as the nonstandard name and the unqualified allowable value.Therefore,on the one hand,this paper further improves the master data standard,on the other hand,it also further improves the relevant attributes of the master data of the sampling hospitals.Due to the heavy workload and limited research cycle of the standard preparation,on the one hand,this study only selected the data of eight traditional Chinese medicine hospitals for research,and the master data is not comprehensive enough.On the other hand,the next step of research can consider the development of evaluation software to make a scientific and objective evaluation on the application level of hospital master data based on the master data standard.In addition,the master data group standard release project has been officially approved,and will go through a series of reviews and continuous improvement.After the release of the standard,the standard will be further promoted and applied.
