methods to sort out the structural relationship between various elements in the operation of public opinion from the perspective of information ecology.And operation methods,clarify the operating mechanism of public opinion on public health emergencies,fundamentally explain the rules of public opinion on public health emergencies,and assist regulatory agencies in controlling,diverting,managing,and analyzing the operating situation of public opinion on public health emergencies.Provide theoretical support for government decision-making,and provide reference for online public opinion supervision of public health emergencies.Methods:Through reading relevant literature in the field,the study combed the research status of public health emergencies,information ecology and public opinion operating mechanism,and found the necessity of conducting research on public opinion operating mechanism of public health emergencies based on the theory of information ecology.Based on the relevant theories of information ecology,the theoretical analysis of the operating mechanism is carried out from the three levels of basic elements,operating structure and operating mode.According to the perspective of information ecological factors,combined with the popular three-element theory,a basic element model based on information ecological factors is constructed,and qualitative analysis is carried out on this theoretical basis,and information elements,information human elements,and information environment elements are both attributable to attribute characteristics and structural characteristics.In terms of the impact of public opinion on the operation of public health emergencies;according to the perspective of the information ecological chain,the structure of the elements of the information person is explored,and the operation scope structure is divided into single link,star link and There are three types of network links;according to the perspective of the information field,the structure of the information elements is explored,and the semantic relationship between the information is determined by determining the
