The Negative Influence Of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia On Y County’s Poverty Alleviation Through Health And Countermeasures

As the largest developing country,China has created an astonishing progress in fight against poverty.In China,poverty alleviation is extremely important,that emphasizes that poverty alleviation and tackling key problems should not be lost,it’s also established its prominent position in the nation work.Poverty is not only the lack of material,but also the lack of spiritual,resources,power,opportunities and abilities.And health is the most direct factor affects the poor people.In the researches of anti-poverty in the domestic and overseas,show that there is an important causal relationship between poverty and health.When the clarino of the battle of poverty alleviation goes up,the project of poverty alleviation of health also launched.As the key campaign,when it comes to the last moment,the problem of overcoming become more and more prominent.Disease is an ‘insurmountable gulf’ to get rid of poverty.To prevent the bad circulation of disease causing poverty then return to poverty due to diseases,poverty alleviation of health is the tough issue for all poverty alleviation.Therefore,while doing great work of health poverty alleviation,we should also pay high attention to the key factors that affecting the effectiveness.In order to ensure the success of poverty alleviation work,we should make every efforts solved.By the end of 2019,the outbreak of the COVID-19 crisis had become the largest and most noteworthy event in the world.It happened without any warning,spreaded widely with a powerful force before people responded,damaged people’s health,and caused huge impacts and losses on all walks of life,our work of health poverty alleviation had not been spared either.The outbreak of the COVID-19 is a double-sided mirror for our country’s public health emergency system.Although under the overall planning and deployment of the Party Central Committee,the most effective prevention and control measures had been taken in the shortest time to provide countries with anti-epidemic measures.Learning from experience,but also revealing problems,it also gives us the opportunity to improve the system and make up for shortcomings.It has great significance for improving our country’s emergency management system,ensuring the health of the whole people,and promoting the work of health poverty alleviation.This paper is studied based on the theoretical research and practical results of the public health emergency management system and health poverty alleviation work in the domestic and overseas during the COVID-19 situation,combined with the practicing of author’s own work for years,and based on the situation of Y county health poverty alleviation.This paper combined between the relevant laws and regulations of health poverty alleviation,then defined the theoretical basis of the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic on the Y county health poverty alleviation.This paper also explained the situation of health poverty alleviation in Y county and analyzed the challenges of COVID-19 to health poverty alleviation,including the increasing tasks,the lack of medical resources in counties,and the emergence of psychological problems all the negative feelings.At last,giving the suggestions aiming these recognizing problems: First,to promote the joint grid construction of departments;Second,to improve the construction of specialized departments in grass-roots medical units;Third,to strengthen the combination of medical services and social intervention;Fourth,to embed epidemic prevention and control into the health poverty alleviation system;Fifth,to strengthen the emergency response capacity;Last,to establish a mechanism to guarantee and consolidate the health poverty alleviation.Hope this paper can provide a feasible reference for Y county to complete the work of health poverty alleviation and promote the public health career in Y county.
