Research On Health Poverty Alleviation In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

It is a solemn commitment of our party to the world and a sincere promise to the people of the whole country to bring the poor people and poor areas together with the whole country into a moderately prosperous society in all respects.We cannot achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects until we have fully addressed the problem of poverty caused by illness and the return to poverty due to illness,and achieved the health of the entire population.Health poverty alleviation is an important part of targeted poverty alleviation.It can fundamentally and completely eradicate poverty caused by illness and return to poverty due to illness.It is the key to winning the battle against poverty and achieving a moderately prosperous society in all respects.This paper studied the implementation of health poverty alleviation work in X town,fuyang city,found and analyzed the existing problems,and put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions,hoping to help the government and other public departments in the implementation of health poverty alleviation policy,so as to make the poor population more effective.Town of fuyang city X as the research object of this article,the author through the literature research,data analysis and case interview method to investigation and study,after in-depth research to the X town in the implementation of health poverty alleviation policy has achieved obvious effect,for example,the poor health consciousness gradually strengthened,out-of-pocket medical expenses burden,household income growth,living conditions have improved.But also found some problems occurring in the process of poverty alleviation work to promote health,such as policy guarantee system is not sound,easy to cause the cliff effect and cause new social inequality,the lack of basic resources,software and hardware conditions,it is difficult to guarantee poor people’s access high quality medical and health services,family support is insufficient,economic income is difficult to support the poor medical treatment,health management level is not high,unable to effectively improve the poor health level,the lack of the spiritual life of poverty population,the lack of spiritual solace,poverty lack of confidence,etc.The author from three aspects: government,family and society was analyzed,and the cause of the problem that in the absence of government level has the functions of the government,the defect of system design and medical institutions,or government functional departments insufficient supervision and health system is not sound reasons,such as at the family level because of sickness poor family increasing channel narrow,because of sickness poor population quality is low,and insufficient internal impetus driving,at the social level of social resources and low,imperfect social organization development and the causes of deficiency of the government’s support for social organization.In view of the above problems and causes,the author puts forward some policy Suggestions.First,it is suggested to accurately identify health poverty alleviation targets,enrich the professional team of health poverty alleviation,improve the medical security system of health poverty alleviation and improve the security level of the poor population to improve the policy system of health poverty alleviation.Second,we will strengthen the construction of community-level medical resources and service personnel,encourage the introduction of social organizations to participate in poverty alleviation through health,and develop community-level medical resources.Third,we will raise the economic income level of poor families affected by illness,improve the service system and improve health management,and comprehensively strengthen support for family health poverty alleviation.Fourth,we should build a diversified care system for the poor people and improve their spiritual quality of life from the following aspects: making up for the shortcomings of public cultural and sports facilities,carrying out cultural and sports activities,building a diversified care system to provide spiritual comfort for the poor people,and carrying out activities to strengthen the confidence of the poor people in getting rid of poverty.On this basis,we will build a close and sound poverty alleviation network,strengthen the foundation of a long-term mechanism,and contribute more to the fight against poverty through health.
