| Objective:To discuss the effects of IMN and ORIF in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture(AO,B type)in order to find a safe and effective operation for patients with humeral shaft fractures(AO,B type). Methods:A review of 109 patients with humeral shaft fractures treated in our hospital from 2018 to 2020.The remaining 35 cases were strictly screened according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria.Among them, group A is the IMN group with 20 cases.Group B includes15 cases in ORIF group. The average follow-up was 13.5 months, and the intraoperative and postoperative case data of the two groups were analyzed.Result:There were no statistically significant differences between group A and group B in terms of gender, age, fracture side, fracture healing time, and shoulder and elbow joint function. In terms of intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, operation time, postoperative VAS score and postoperative complications, the clinical effect of group A was better than group B.complications.Conclusion:For humeral shaft fractures(AO,B type),good results can be achieved no matter if you use IMN or ORIF.However,IMN significantly speeds up the operation process, reduces bleeding and length of stay in the hospital, and has fewer overall postoperative complications. It has certain advantages over ORIF.In clinical treatment,IMN is an ideal and worthy promotion technique for humeral shaft fractures(AO,B type). |
