Clinical Efficacy And Laboratory Analysis Of Probiotics In The Treatment Of Liver Injury Caused By Fatty Liver

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and laboratory analysis of probiotics on liver injury caused by fatty liver.Methods:A total of 72 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with liver injury who were hospitalized in our hospital from August 2019 to November 2020.Patients who met the study criteria were divided into control group and observation group according to their own wishes.Control group:given oral bicyclol tablets,50mg/time,3 times/d;Observation group:on the basis of treatment in control group,Live Combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules were added orally,500mg/time,3 times/d.All subjects received medication guidance,telephone follow-up and patient education during the entire treatment.The evaluation of therapeutic efficiency consists of effectiveness monitoring and security monitoring.The therapeutic effect,blood lipid level(TC,TG),liver injury index(ALT,AST,GGT),inflammatory index(IL-10 IL-17),immunity index(Th17,Treg),body mass index(BMI),changes of ultrasonic level in liver were compared between the 2 groups before and after 3 months.Safety evaluation index for the treatment of patients with major adverse reactions of the drug specifications used in observation,and look whether there is a new and serious adverse reactions.Depending on the degree of liver enzyme index fell patients,improved the liver ultrasound curative effect can be divided into 4,respectively is:(1)Clinical control:liver enzyme index returned to normal,liver ultrasound tip fatty liver fade;(2)Significant effect:liver enzyme index decreased by more than 50%,liver ultrasound indicated that fatty liver was significantly better than before;(3)Efficacy:liver enzyme index decreased by more than 30%,but less than 50%;liver ultrasound indicated that the degree of fatty liver was not significantly changed compared with before;(4)No effect:liver enzyme index decreased less than 30%,liver ultrasound showed no significant change or even worse degree of fatty liver than before;Results:Two groups of patients with liver enzyme index,blood lipid related index,body mass index,percentage of CD4~+T cells and Th17 cells such as IL-17 indexes were decreased,Treg cells of CD4~+T cell percentage and IL-10 levels,liver ultrasound performance have change,compared with the control group of combined use of probiotic preparations for each index observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.A young male patient in the control group experienced adverse reactions of dizziness and scattered red rash on limbs after taking bicyclol,so bicyclol was stopped and withdrawn from this study.In the probiotics group,no adverse reactions as described in the instructions occurred,and no patients withdrew.Conclusion:After 3 months bicyclol and bicyclol with Live Combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Enteric-coated Capsules,liver enzymology indexes,lipid-related indexes,body mass index,proportion imbalance of Th17 cells and Treg cells and liver ultrasound manifestations of patients in both groups were significantly improved,with the combined application having a more obvious effect.Therefore,probiotics can have a beneficial effect on the treatment of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
