| With the deepening of the reform of the medical system in public hospitals,the reform of China’s health and medical undertakings has made great achievements.In the context of the new medical reform,the state explicitly requires public hospital should be based on the performance evaluation,in order to improve and enhance the level of physician performance pay,and communities in improving medical service quality,reduce the burden on patients,meet the increasing medical needs,make its benign development,better service for the society,finally achieve the goal of public welfare.For hospitals,how to improve the performance salary level of physicians,improve medical quality,reduce patient burden,meet the economic benefits required by their own health and sustainability,and return to the public welfare attribute through the performance evaluation of physicians has become an urgent problem for hospital managers to solve.In this thesis,literature research method,case study method,Delphi method and so on are adopted.Combined with the actual situation of A public hospital,in-depth analysis was carried out on the current situation and problems of physician performance evaluation,and relevant theories were applied to optimize physician performance evaluation.This paper consists of six parts.The first part mainly elaborates the research background of this paper.The second part mainly expounds the relevant theories applied;The third part mainly describes the current situation and problems of the performance evaluation of doctors in A Hospital.The fourth part is mainly based on the theory of balanced scorecard to optimize the performance evaluation of doctors in A public hospital.The fifth part describes the safeguard measures in the process of optimization research.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.The current domestic part of the big 3 armour hospital physician performance evaluation of exploration made significant achievements in the process,but part of the public hospitals due to factors such as environment,medical technology level of restrictions,in the process of development of doctors have been using the theory of the past performance evaluation,existing problems are significant.Therefore,based on the theory of balanced scorecard and relative resource value,this paper takes A public hospital as the research object to explore the optimization of physician performance evaluation.Aimed at performance evaluation of physicians need both to conform to the sustained and healthy development of the hospital,and can fully embody the knowledge of labor value of medical staff,improve medical quality,reduce the burden of patients,so as to meet the people’s standard of medical technology and increasing demand of public health service,promote social stability and development,also provide reference value for future related research. |
